Hundredth Collection
This lovely couple had their first look at this bridge above the waterfall. When walking towards it with the groom, I just knew I had to create this picture for them. As they both really love natural water and it has a special meaning to them. Thank you for recognizing it and awarding us for it.
Art at sea in 8 beaufort.
While the wind was blowing the clouds in an amazing landscape and the couple was almost blown away in the sea i made this photo on the most beautiful island of the Netherlands: Terschelling.
As soon as I arrived in the ceremony room earlier in the day I was drawn to the lights. I was thinking how could I use them in a stunning portrait? I went back later in the evening and told the couple I had a little idea in mind. They were very excited to try it out and over the moon with the result.
Two months ahead of the wedding, the bride contacted me via mail with a special request: a photograph while riding a carousel. Without hesitation, I agreed to the idea. And now, here is the outcome of our endeavor!
Kassia & Perry's magnificent wedding at Swynford Manor. Newmarket. Having the trust of my couples to get them out to do shots like this is priceless. Having the conversation prior to the day and setting up the shot first before dragging the couple away from their guests is critical
During the reception of this wedding I saw a beautiful lamp hanging in the hall of this castle and immediately saw this image in front of me. The daylight, the lamps on the wall and ceiling and adding a little creativity complete this image. S&M thank you for your trust and the wonderful day, this one is yours!
The most memorable part of Erin and Mack’s wedding was the intense rainfall and storms all day. And while all the family reassured the couple that “rain on your wedding day is good luck!”, they did not need that reassurance, because there is nothing that could have ruined such a joyous day. The rain made them feel excitement, the thunder during their vows felt electrifying, and the rainbow after their vows was so special to them! They felt the intense rain was the perfect weather to say “I do”.
We were just about to rush downstairs, minutes before the ceremony, and Alice checked herself out one last time. I was twiddling a prism so just brought it up quickly to add some extra interest.
Light, a beautiful couple and a great venue. It was too hot for the groom to go outside, so we decided to take pictures inside.
This photo was taken in my home town of Towcester at Plum Park Manor. WHAT A PRIODAS!! The groom is from Wales and I have to say the welsh are funny.
"Sometimes when you lose your way in the fog, you end up in a beautiful place! Don't be afraid of getting lost!"
The couple chose the Cock’O’Barton pub in Malpas, Cheshire for their wedding day. On the afternoon we took a wonder into the countryside at the back of the venue for portraits and found these gorgeous views.
It's a great pleasure to receive this 28th award, and the second resulting from this magnificent portrait session of Anne-Sophie and Xaxier, in the ruins of Villers Abbey, Belgium. The beautiful bride is the great-niece of a world-famous Belgian cartoonist who has inspired generations of children and adults the world over. It's a huge honour for me to have two award-winning photos of this wedding, and I dedicate them to Spirou, Gaston, the Marsupilami, and that masterpiece of black humour, Idées Noires.
We planned the wedding reportage in the nearby forest in the evening after dinner, and we were gifted with a beautiful sun that day. The forest created a beautiful display of shadows and a ray of sunlight, in which I positioned the couple to create this fairy tale like image.
This bride was timeless and flawless, it looks like time stood still when i took this picture. So stunning!
This photograph was taken just before Christmas 2022, so we had to get to the location in Co, Cork, Ireland at around 3.30pm in order to catch the light. Normally there are a lot of tourists around but luckily it was clear when we needed it to be.
This wedding was so much fun, first some family portraits but then the bride asked for some fun portraits with her male and female friends. First we started with some friends shots and then this idea popped up into my head. Not sure what they thought when I asked them to throw a show at me. During the first throw they were very gentle. But I missed expression and the shoes ended up nearby. Then I asked them to throw harder and they did! I love their expression during this throw and out of all the shoes the brides shoe ended up in front of the lens. Location @montfoort tuinen, the Netherlands
After a very rainy day, I knew I needed o get something special for Katie and Steve. So embracing the rain, we popped outside and grabbed this shot!
Sometimes you come across hidden gems like this library. Just like this lovely couple the beauty of both them and the library together had to be captured forever.
This couple radiated warmth and comfort. As did the candlelight in this beautiful place.
De warmte en gezelligheid straalde van dit koppel. Net als het kaarslicht op deze prachtige locatie.
