One Hundred and Thirty-Third Collection
This bridal couple isn't just head over heels in love with each other, but also insatiably crazy about cheeses... Italian, Dutch. It doesn't matter, as long as it's cheese. So with our Personal Art Styling tips, they quickly ended up at the Cheese Farm. From photos in the cow barn, on the hay bales, among the cheeses, and in the cheese shop itself. It resulted in a hilarious photoshoot, and this is one of them. A wonderful surprise that we get to make both the cheese farm and the bridal couple happy with this Award. Thank you so much!
I've always wanted to do a shot like this. On this day we had a wonderful heavy, moody cloudy sky and I'd taken my couple to Sawley Abbey ruins for portraits. On seeing the stone staircase I knew my long held vision would come together. By holding my phone against my lens and opting to shoot wide open I created this image where it looks like my couple are standing on top of a mountain while the clouds swirl below them.
We actually took shelter in this beautiful work of art from a drop of rain rather by chance. We are certainly not sorry about it.
One tiny kiss. A lifetime of love. In the middle of all the wedding excitement, this quiet moment between mother and daughter said everything words never could.
When the bride has a dream of throwing her bouquet into the crowds. The happiness on her face is magic.
Thank you for awarding this photo!
One of my favorite shots from Ellen & Wout’s wedding. The colorful blue outfits paired with those subtle red accents give the image a distinctive character; you can really feel the atmosphere coming through.
I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance
Never settle for the path of least resistance
Livin' might mean takin' chances, but they're worth takin'
Lovin' might be a mistake, but it's worth makin'
- Dance, I hope you dance
I saw a spot of light coming from the window on the staircase landing and just had to get my couple there, the results were even better than I'd imagined!
On this day, there was quite a strong wind. Not a reason to go inside for me, but something to work with.
The bride’s veil did the rest. Right at the moment they forgot about everything around them and were just together, it all came together.
Not a posed image, but a real moment. Just as it was.
Gabrielle's stunning dress from above looked like a heart. 3 light set for this shot which does appear on my exhibition stand from time to time.
My first wedding in Italy… one I’ll carry with me forever ! ✨🇮🇹
Soft light slipped between Rome’s ancient walls, turning the morning into something quietly magical.
Ergens in de achtertuin van de 'Vreemde vogel' toch nog een foto kunnen maken die het gevoel van een vol bos geeft!
Woven into a lifelong promise, as steady and beautiful as the fairy chimneys.
