A beach wedding comes in many forms — at least in the Netherlands. The Dutch coastline is so unpredictable that, weather-wise, it’s comparable to Forrest Gump’s box of chocolates: you never know what you’re going to get. For D & D, it turned out to be a day with a pleasant temperature, fairly cloudy skies, and a strong breeze. Despite this, the North Sea was relatively calm. A perfect setting for this photograph, capturing the love of these two cheerful lovebirds

When the sun goes down and the evening falls... who doesn't want to go outside to make some stunning pictures by the seaside :)

Not all wedding photos have to be cozy, sweet, and cute. Instead of always doing the same thing, I asked this couple to trust me and have their photos taken in an industrial setting. The setting was an old factory site, now home to some shops, restaurants and startups. I would say a very inspiring environment. During the shoot, I noticed red stripes on the surface, and even better, there was a fairly tall building next to it. I could easily climb to a higher point, guide the couple to the desired location and position... and all that was left to do was capture the photo I already had in mind.

This cool little Church next to a small village in the flatter then flat Netherlands makes you think we where shooting in a Hill or mountain 🙌🏻

A beautiful wedding in Bad Nauheim on a great sunny day. So it was a perfect match, that the couple hat a Mustang Convertible and they decided that after the ceremony they will drive around and celebrate their love and happiness.

Scrivelsby Walled Garden - THE venue for the most amazing golden hour! I love this time on a Wedding Day. It always feels calm and perfect in every sense of the word.

Such a beautiful quiet, intimate moment during the wedding day. The groom shares a tender embrace with his grandmother.; filled with love, gratitude, and unspoken stories. So sweet!

Walking into a setting sun just after say " I do". The sun was falling fast during this evening ceremony.

A little mist spray goes a long way! 💨✨ Using it during this shot added a soft, ethereal layer that caught the light perfectly, giving the scene a magical, almost otherworldly vibe. It’s a subtle touch that transforms an already beautiful moment into something that feels straight out of a dream. 🌫️🌅

The hotel had the fantastic curved staircase and i wanted to use it somehow in a shot. While we were on our way down to the ceremony, I got the bridesmaid to hold out the veil and all the curves fell in to place.

Beneath a sliver of moon and the hush of the Dolomites, lantern glow warms their kiss, an intimate, cinematic moment where veils flutter and the night keeps their secret. The moon is a paid actor.

Always a beautiful moment with tremendous release. Yes, we're finally married, let's party.

This beautiful castle was the setting for a real-life fairytale.

During this Christmas photoshoot, the trees were almost out of leaves, so I used the few that were left to shoot through. With that, I gave some playful direction to bring extra life and movement into the moment.
