About Carolina

Hi, I'm Carolina Mosquera, Located in the beautiful romantic city of Bruges i fell in love with photography. So i decided to open a photography studio which is called Lux Visual Storytellers, that is serving all over the world... My photos are taken in a spontaneous way, i love to visualise the connection between the couple in a beautiful and honest way. We also love the little details that make the day, rings / flowers / table setting / snacks and drinks… And of course we should not forget the uncles who take a nap on the sofa, or the kids who make a celebration funny, love them!

A rare view of one of the most beautiful train stations in the world!
Sometimes a wedding is all about luck. This day we had it all: beautiful weather, a lovely golden hour and a farmer that just mowed the grass.
Months of preparing, hair is ready, make-up is done, dress fits perfectly... and BAM, let's open up the curtain! We are ready for our big day!

It was a bit of a hassle and risk about the weather to go to this beautiful location on the wedding day for 10 min photo shoot but it was worth it. A scenic view and the couple posed in a strong point of the composition.
I had a chance to capture this shot standing on the balcony above the couple. Not often do you have this kind of venue with this opportunity.
Love the evening shots at the perfect blue hour, it was a small break after desserts that I manage to encourage the couple for this epic shot and we had some luck to have birds flying above. Just one off-camera flash set behind the couple.
An evening sparkler shot is always a good idea to have some fun with your couples and create unforgettable moments. Shot taken with natural light only, lens wide open.
When I saw that spot I just couldn't resist bringing the couple there for the shot after the first dance.<br /> Natural ambient light.

We will probably never forget this wedding. The couple, Regula & Lukas, are avid skiers. So it was clear for them that they get married in winter. <br /> <br /> Their plan was to ski to their wedding ceremony. So during the preliminary talk they asked us if we could probably take some photos at the end of the ski slope from the edge of the slope. <br /> <br /> For us it was clear, if a couple is so crazy and wants to ski down the slope in their wedding dresses, then we have to offer more than some photos from the edge of the slope. <br /> <br /> The operators of the ski resort then provided us with a man from the piste rescue service. Chris was then tied onto a rescue sled. The bridal couple really wanted golden hour photos. Unfortunately it was raining and very cloudy. But then ... the sun briefly broke through and we were treated to a wet golden hour including rainbow
