Ninety-Second Collection

Sometimes the timing just hits just right! Reflections can be tricky to shoot through but with the correct lighting you can get some lovely candid shots. This one is the arrival of the Bride getting ready to meet her Husband to be!

Sculpted like a Goddess, she smiles behind the veil subtly while her aura radiates serenity waiting to walk down the aisle for the rest of her life to begin.

This was taken at The wilderness Reserve in Suffolk. The bride and groom are back lit from my flash and hiding behind them is the videographer holding it so the light was in the right place. Nothing like spur of the moment improvising in the dark.

A first look is always special. But for this couple extra emotional because of their background story. For very personal reasons their weddingday was amost cancelled.
They had recently moved to this beautiful historical building and the glass stained windows are an amazing backdrop for this momentโฆ
Everything came together perfectly, and it was a very, very emotional moment.

A wedding is also often a busy day for the bridal couple with a lot of social 'obligations'. This couple did not realize that a beautiful sunset was taking place outside the party. They were pleasantly surprised that I took them outside for this magical moment and very happy with the photos afterwards. Exactly 5 minutes, that's all I needed from their time, but the photo will shine in their wedding album for a long time...

Whilst waiting for the guests to arrive to the ceremony, the bride, groom and I were waiting in the nature reserve close by the ceremony location, making some cute couple photo's. Due to them being super relaxed and open troughout the day, and wearing hiking boots allready, I dared them to jump of the bench together. For a second the bride looked concerned at her dress, then she shrugged and climbed the bench. This amazing shot was the result.

ยกImpresionante imagen en movimiento de la Boda Jose Rafael y Ana!
En un lugar increible Medina Azahara - Conjunto Arqueolรณgico Madinat al-Zahra (Cordoba)
Muchas Gracias Pareja

This photo is taken on the weddingday of E & A. The bride is such an enthusiastic young woman. She would do anything for the perfect groupfoto with her friendgroup. This photo is taken a little moment before she was thrown high in to the air. She had no fear at all! Fearless bride!

The surrounding area of the venue had so many beautiful country lanes, full of autumnal colours. We decided to pop off site and have some fun. From the moment the bride came out in โThat dressโ I knew we had to try the swirl shot, as the dress would naturally lift. For me this image feels timeless.

This couple suggested to have their images taken on this beach....I was delighted to have got the chance to get this for the couple. the weather just just broke afterwards, very lucky indeed.

We headed out into a nearby field and the sunlight was just magical coming through the trees. One of my favourite photos of the day

Lee-Anne and Ryan married in an intimate ceremony at the magnificent Marylebone Town Hall in London and I was asked to go along to capture their day for them. To get away from the busy main road after we had exhausted all the photo opportunities inside we moved to a small secluded mews not far from the town hall to create these images. I edited this in B&W to give a timeless elegance to the image.

Actually, this house in the background is nothing special. It has no historical value or is particularly beautiful. But that's exactly what makes it so interesting for a shoot. We took some wonderful pictures there - including this one.

When a venue has an old phone box like this it just has to be used! The bulb inside was broken so some quick improvisation and my own light (held my elastic bands) & we have a romantic shot framed by fairy lights.

At the end of this wedding, the bridal couple went through a hedge of stars. The cool thing is that this bridal couple shines themselves.

O good classy castle wedding, it's one of my favourite things! The wind blew the veil really nice for this shot, and this was there entrance for the guest to arrive at the castle!

What a great shoot with James and Aisling in the Gap of Dunloe. Always worth jumping over a gate to get to a spot - always proves the effort is worth it! Loved this wedding day!

On a cliff with the sun rays falling generously on the couple. It felt so surreal to capture this exquisite moment. As a photographer capturing the light was slightly challenging but the end it was all worth it!

I spotted this old farm building & loved the look & texture, then quickly had the idea of placing them with the 2 colours in the middle

This picture is pure storytelling to me and I'm always thrilled when something like this happens on a wedding day. The bride hides with one of her bridesmades behind a huge dumpster while the whole wedding party is entering the church. She's quite nervous and nobody saw her standing there. Such a special moment!

We shot Karen & Craigโs pre-wedding photos in the lovely village of Little Wenlock where they live. The village overlooks the Wreakin and has lots of lovely countryside trails. We planned for golden hour and got so many romantic sunset photos.

This is the kind of picture you can only make when you are shooting a wedding at a castle with stunning high windows and old fashioned curtains.
Every wedding location has its own photogenic characteristics, but castles are the cherry on the cake if you ask me.
So brides, if you want these kind of pictures, choose your wedding location wisely ????

I usually photograph against the sun to get a nice atmosphere but somehow I could not find any nice light inside the church. Then I decided to use the sun as my main light because I saw it falling exactly on the last row. It fell also on the chandelier and organ and created this very high contrast image.

Richard giving his new wife JoJo a twirl in the favourite park just a short drive from their wedding venue. Moments after this shot was taken, the heavens opened but we had everything we needed.

Sunset lovers, what more could you ask for as a wedding photographer! shot at my absolute fave location for uk sunsets, Farnham.

The love boat in Belgium! Her father was a marine and brought her to the ceremony with this boat, after the ceremony she took off with her fresh husband in the boat.

This Award is super special to me as not only is it two of my closest friends celeberating their incredible Wedding! But it is also a still frame taken from the video that I produced for them.

Simple iPhone trick here to give the couple this awesome shot. One of the last images of the night. its great to get these images later in the evening for a more dramatic look
