There is a unique kind of silence hidden within the loudest moments. Just after the long-awaited “Yes,” when the world seems to erupt in applause, there is often a split second in which two people see only each other. That is exactly the moment we captured with this wonderful couple.

Surrounded by the joyful cheers of family and friends, they shared a kiss that spoke louder than any words ever could. The celebration in the background becomes a beautiful chorus, while the bride and bride remain in the quiet center of it all. Choosing black and white strips away every distraction, allowing emotion alone to tell the story. The venue helped a lot too.

To us, this image is about more than a wedding kiss. It is about the freedom to love, the courage to choose one another, and the overwhelming joy of beginning a new chapter, witnessed by everyone who matters most. It is a timeless moment, filled with love in its purest form.

For me, wedding photography is not always about creating something spectacular. Sometimes it's about recognising a peaceful moment and allowing it to unfold naturally.

This beautiful couple stood surrounded by endless ferns, embraced by the calmness of the forest. The rich green tones, the depth of the landscape, and the quiet connection they shared created exactly the atmosphere I was hoping to capture. We walked around the streets of Manchester finding iconic backdrops for this styled wedding shoot.

After sharing a beautiful first look with her groom, two very special guests arrived. Seeing their mother as a bride for the very first time, their smiles said everything. A heartfelt moment celebrating not just a marriage, but a family becoming one. ❤️

As the sun slowly disappeared behind the horizon, everything seemed to pause for just a moment. Surrounded by endless fields and the last golden light of the day, the couple forgot about everyone around them. I wanted to create an image that feels quiet, intimate, and timeless where the landscape, the light, and their connection come together as one.

Als een bruidspaar er alles aan doet voor de perfecte foto, gaat mijn hart sneller kloppen. Helemaal in hun eigen wereld, terwijl en vol dakterras gewoon mee kon kijken tijdens deze golden hour fotoshoot.
Dankbaar dat ik bij deze geweldige dag aanwezig mocht zijn.

Deze foto heb ik mogen maken van mijn bruidspaar bij Kasteel Woerden, ik was voor het eerst op deze locatie, en ik zag meteen dit beeld voor mij. Voor het eten alles klaar gezet, het bruidspaar erbij gevraagd, en wat een toffe serie! Hier hou ik dus echt van!

A pre-wedding shoot in woodland. Just about to take this and the sun went in so we waited for the cloud to pass and this was the result, sunkissed natural spotlight in the woods.

Just seconds before the grand entrance, the curtains were thrown open in one sharp movement.
