One Hundred and Sixth Collection
Dalia and Paul asked me to create a special reflection photo of them including their daughter as a memory to treasure from their wedding day.
As we were walking back to the reception at the Brinsop Court Manor, I called the bride and captured this image. I love candid photographs, so this was a perfect image to finish their gallery.
In that very moment, as the shutter clicked, something magical unfolded. Their fingers intertwined, a gentle squeeze exchanged, and their eyes locked in a shared promise. A mirror stood nearby, silently observing the scene, as if holding its breath, eager to capture the essence of their love. The reflection in the mirror became a witness to their joy, their hopes, and their dreams merged into one. It was as if the photograph itself came alive, radiating warmth and tenderness. A snapshot that forever imprinted their souls, reminding them that love, in all its beauty, is a reflection of their hearts intertwined.
Going outdoors in a heathland is a treat on it’s own, but with a lovely couple it is a lovely truly party!
Beautiful Bride Heather just before setting off for a little row around the lake with her new Husband.
This couple opted for an elopement in beautiful Cappadocia, Turkey. We took this photo during sunrise.
After dinner, moments before the dance, I took the couple to this cornfield just across the street. The sunset was just to beautiful. I was a very spontaneous moment. Even the bride was wearing flipflops at that moment.
It is an old tradition that when a fireman gets married, the newlyweds have to run under the sprinkler immediately after the ceremony.
We went outside to have a bit of last light as it was mainly a cloudy day, we were blessed to get a bit of the sun before it went down.
This was such a romantic wedding! Eric and Christel got married on a French chateau. This 200 year old oak tree was the backdrop of their ceremony. In the evening the light was magical so I really wanted to take this picture.
During the engagement shoot of this beautiful couple, there wish was to be secretly captured kissing in the elevator.
This photo is full of love and friendship, a warm group hug with the bride and her best friends. Very happy that I could capture this moment!
"You are my person" is what this lovely bride and groom were thinking... A beautiful - just the two of us - moment, except for me (their lucky wedding photographer) of course.
A romantic moment during the sunset. We had rain all afternoon. so we weren't expecting a golden hour.
The bride had a physical disability and was not able to stand or sit unassisted. No problem for her girlfriends to help her have fun and party during the group photo sessions.
Getting up early, was it worth it?
Yes and yes… We drove up into the mountains at 8 a.m., it was still quite cold. We warmed up a bit with the short 15 minute walk up to the shooting spot and then saw the sun rise over the mountains. The snow was really nice and fresh and powdery, the trees were white and the light was golden - it was dreamy.
I will be able to photograph Anja and Chrigi at their wedding in 2025 and after this mega shoot with the two of them, I'm looking forward to the wedding even more.
Embracing their special day amidst the vibrant downtown vibes. The magic of long exposure captures their love, creating a stunning frame with passing cars.
The last photos of the night for me with Steph and Ben! Such a relaxed and fun day from start to finish! :) Venue was The Gardens in Kent.
This couple met each other at the dance school and got married at that dance school after many years of love.
It was the best of January days for Fran & Adam! Just look at this incredible light around 4pm during portraits at Mythe Barn.
Love it when the wind plays with a veil while the groom and bride have their intimate moment together.
This venue had a swing that was lowered after the ceremony. After all the guests had gone to the tables, we took advantage of this quiet moment with the swing from which you could see the lake or just kiss.
