One Hundred and Sixth Collection
A grotesque setting in a small place. This museum, founded in 1784 a.d., is home to an impressive historical collection of Art and Science. It's renowned library is only rarely open to the public, so we were really excited to have a possibility to do some shots here with M&B on their wedding day. The fun this sweet couple had in this place, which has such a great meaning to them, turned out to be a delightful touch in the pictures we made.
A big thanks to Wedisson for their recognition. Proud to be part of the tribe!
A beautiful, but simple scenery; dunes and some wild weather, which causes beautiful clouds, I just love nature !
This beautiful couple married at caste Huis Bergh in the Netherlands. The most perfect romantic spot to take wedding pictures.
The rituals of Hindu weddings in Mauritius are so colourful and enchanting. This picture was taken during the mehendi night when the background was not so inspiring though. However, being creative I was able to capture this sweet image of the beautiful bride.
It was an amazing feeling when she saw the results.
Photographing IN the moment is what I prefer to do, it really takes storytelling wedding photography to the next level. This photo "clearly shows" the bride's preparation. Bride prep is one of my favorite parts of being able to experiment and be creative as a storytelling wedding photographer.
During a beautiful December wedding, we had to move to an indoor location due to the weather to take photos with the bridal couple. Fortunately, we have plenty of those in Venlo. I regularly visit this location to photograph weddings. The light from outside that shines through the stained glass already created a beautiful atmosphere, but adding a little magic completed the image.
At the pinnacle of love and altitude, the bride and groom embrace each other on their snowboards a the top of this majestic mountain in Austria, overlooking the vast expanse of the Alps. Battling the gusty winds, the snow dances around them, lifting the bride's veil skyward. In this breathtaking moment, amidst the swirling snow, the couple holds tight, savoring not only the thrill of the mountain descent but also the panoramic beauty that love and adventure bring.
Nicole & Ollie got married at Chippenham Park near Newmarket, a shy couple who appreciated a delicate ninja photographer touch.
The most memorable part of Erin and Mack’s wedding was the intense rainfall and storms all day. And while all the family reassured the couple that “rain on your wedding day is good luck!”, they did not need that reassurance, because there is nothing that could have ruined such a joyous day. The rain made them feel excitement, the thunder during their vows felt electrifying, and the rainbow after their vows was so special to them! They felt the intense rain was the perfect weather to say “I do”
Together with this bridal couple we were on the Schovenhorst Estate in the Netherlands. The light fell beautifully through the tall trees.
Arena & Brian's Stunning Sunset Elopement at The Cliffs of Moher in Ireland. A fantastic day for this American couple who picked Ireland as the dream location for their wedding .
On a Cold December day. This couple was more than willing to get out in the cold but under a one of a kind sunset!!!
Wedding at the Fleece Inn in Worcestershire. It Had been a rainy day, so quick break in the clouds at blue to capture this moment.
This crazy couple volunteered to jump off the raised doorstep of this Church in Kinsale, Ireland. All I did was press the shutter!
During the group photo’s at this winter wedding at kasteel woerden, the Netherlands it started raining heavily. Luckily this beautiful couple didn't care about the rain. And I was excited too. Rain is a great addition to a photo. So if you ever have rain on your wedding day? Don't worry a good photographer always knows what to do with it and will get excited seeing it.
On every wedding, I make some time for a sunset shoot. In our latitude it is - unfortunatly - during diner (well at least in the summer). So I ask the couple if they want it and we go out for a few minutes and capture some magic.
Never skip sunset for some extra pictures as a couple. This wedding venue has so much nice spots :-)
This photo is from a fantastic wedding in the place where I grew up and where my heart still lies, Bergen op Zoom. The energy of this group of friends had been popping all day long. Just before the party started, the bride threw back her bouquet. This immense jump by the bride's friend was followed by a shot of flügel for everyone before the party continued until the late hours at SAUS eten en drinken!
