It was the first week of november and the fall colors were still there in the forest. The formal photoshoot was early in the morning and we planned for a forest. I also knew a nice tree lane nearby. As soon as we drove into this lane there were sun rays everywhere. So I ended up with this image and a happy client!
How can you create a photo of the bride together with her seven (!) flower girls? When there is a very long veil they all fit underneath!
This flower girl with bouquet was standing in front of the two horses. The horses were in front of the wedding coach which was parked aside the road. The flower girl looked at them almost daydreaming and one horse looked back at her like they were talking.
This wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings I have photographed. The bride was in a wheelchair and all the things that are usually so normal for me are so different when you step into the wheelchair world. The bride riding down the aisle with her father was such a special moment I will never forget.
When it comes to friend group shots I do a formal shot and a second creative one. The idea was the guys holding the groom, the girls holding the bride. Then they had to bring the couple together for a kiss. But somehow something went wrong with the girls and almost dropped the bride on the ground. The reaction was priceless!
Grainne and Sean. Sub zero temperatures for their entire wedding day but the light was just superb! Always gorgeous in the beautiful Killarney National Park!
With the light fading fairly quickly this time of the year, I was under pressure to think of a location after the ceremony. Lucky I know the area like the back of my hand and with a very short diversion to this location. On arrival the light was amazing here and managed to get these beautiful set of images for the couple.
This photo was taken at the end of a tree lane. The lane was going upwards to a dike. The tree foliage was creating a beautiful frame. I placed the couple on the dike and let them walk a little and so could take this photo!
Kate and Martin at the lovely Vienna Woods Hotel, Co. Cork. I always love night time shots, especially when there’s a small gap in their day between reception and the meal at this time of year! Adds so much extra to a wedding gallery!
This was a very special and fantastic day, the couple was really rock'n'roll, this made the effect of a smoke bomb just perfect, it became a great picture, the windows, the light, especially the couple and the smoke!
Making couples comfortable in front of the camera is my aim, look how relaxed and happy this pair are! Perfect. Taken in Godmanchester, local park, shooting through some purple flowers.
Rhian and Matt tied the knot at The Old Hall and we laughed from start to finish, an awesome day with an awesome couple.
The Old Hall is a wedding venue with so many great photo opportunities, we are simply spoiled for choice. We selected some natural wild flower areas for their evening shoot, and once we’d set the couple up in the right light, we simply let the love and laughter flow, a photographers dream.
Liese & Stefan wanted something different for their wedding photographs. So we went for an urban vibe.
We walked around at the well known 'Eilandje' in Antwerp when I spotted this wall and beautiful light.
This photograph screams warmth and passion. The intimacy in the shot is portrayed through the lighting, the colours , the couple. Every bit of small detail adds to the magic seen in the frame
Arrive at the church in style. In any case, the eyes were focused on them and the necessary photos or videos were made. A successful day for Marijn and Sien.
It was late in the afternoon and there was some time left for some extra photo's. I saw a small bridge with some really nice sunlight. I let the bride and her flower girl walk away from me and I love the way the light shines through the dresses a bit.
The lovestory of A & J
during the wedding day we always take some time to take some couple photos.
A moment of happiness for the couple, a moment just for the two of them.
Picture taken in the beautiful Filliers

The wedding image is set against the backdrop of an old wooden green door in the heart of Valletta, Malta's capital city. The couple stands in front of the door, their bodies touching and in contact as they glance at each other. A blur of motion in the foreground reveals a woman tourist passing by, adding a touch of local flavor and authenticity to the image.
