Kim & Adams pre wedding shoot was full of colour & including that in the scene to help tell the story was the first thing that popped into my head, the Autumn colours were immense !

Having just finished an Ironman competition weeks before, there was no hesitation for Kelly to jump in a boat and pose for some photos with her new husband on their wedding day!

We were going through the dinner when the bride suddenly fronts me and says it’s happening NOW, we’re leaving NOW! So we ran up the ruin stairs up and up and found the ruin of Bornholm’s castle burning in the sun…. One of the most crazy sunsets I’ve ever seen.

This is probably one of the best sunsets I've experienced as a wedding photographer. As soon as I saw the lane outside the venue I knew I had to get my couple out and into that beautiful warm light for their portraits. They were such a great fun loving couple we were out for ages and I got absolutely loads of gorgeous portraits of them just being them, enjoying some quiet time away from the crowd.

During the religious ceremony, Claire and Antoine take advantage of a moment of inattention from the assembly to share a kiss. But the photographer was watching at the back of the church.

Oh this photo is one of my favorites. The kiss! It is such a special moment, where I truly want to capture the moment in all its beauty. But, when you organise a wedding at a public beach, not only your guest appear to be the audience. The beachguests made sure to position their sunbeds in the correct position, so they could also catch a glimps of this special moment. It was such a great and fun atmosphere, that I wanted to capture it all in one photo.

This was my first destination wedding! I was joining IVI Fotografie on a wedding organised by The Italian Wedding. I’ve been to Italy many times but never in the north and it’s nature blew me away! It was an honour for me to capture this beautiful couple during there amazing wedding and I had so much fun! This picture was taken in a very old small town and I just had the idea to let them run in the middle of this street.

We had the opportunity to visit a beautiful abandoned monastery. I love the way the old paint curled off the walls, together with the total silence it reminded me how this place would have been decades ago. I placed a flash behind the bride to gently light up her veil to separate it from the background. A simple setup yet very elegant!

This was a beautiful destination wedding with an amazing couple at an incredible location in France. We saw this beautiful sunset and just had to take them away from their dinner to create some unforgettable photos!

I love a bouquet shot and this one turned out great. I'm finding they are becoming lessened less popular, although they are always fun. This shot really worked for me and all the bridesmaids were really up for it.

This photograph was taken at The Fota Island Resort in Co. Cork Ireland, I love when you have a big wedding party and you can create contrast with the clothing colours with a boy - girl - boy - girl lineup. I found the location with the trees behind the couple which formed a good background, and as I was slightly downhill from them I was able to get a low angle which makes them more powerful in the frame. I directed them to look inwards to the centre while they were walking towards me and luckily, the shot came together.

Merel and Thomas got married somewhere in the Hei in Leusden, the Netherlands s. The guests were brought with an old train to the place of the ceremonie. For me it was a bit harder to locate the exact place but it was so beautiful. They were surrounded by purple heather and it was completely located in the nature. After their I do moment they left in style, not only with bubbles but also with a Riksja bycicle.

Andy and Maisie owning the dance floor in the intimate and rustic Chypraze Wedding Barn. It is a very old barn on a small farm on the Wild West Coast of Cornwall, UK. Re-purposed as a wedding venue several years ago, it makes for a great atmosphere of couples to let loose once the formalities are finished with!

Our intention was to hop in the car and drive to a view that overlooked Llyn Gwynant in Snowdonia. As often happens time was tight so we walked from Llyn Gwynant Barns; Sarah and Llywelyn's venue to the most fabulous focal point; this beautifully balanced tree that obscured the sun just enough.

Our fabulous couple Ryan & Rob held their marriage at the specular setting of the Macdonald Leeming House at Ullswater in the Lake District. A very short stroll from the hotel down to the lakeside for a few photographs.

These two beautiful souls came all the way from USA to have their after wedding shoot in our beautiful country. We catched a perfect day in the mountain, hiked, laughed, took pictures and had a great day together.

We almost couldn't have made this fairytale photo. The weather was beautiful all day, but an hour before sunset the sun gave way to a lot of clouds. When the sun briefly reappeared however, we quickly walked into the orchard and were able to take this special picture

We were here on a beautiful domain Château de Mirwart, the view where they stand is phenomenal. Just enjoy what has happened throughout the day.

A beautiful pure candid moment. The brides daughter decided she wanted to throw the bouquet. One of my favourite moments from weddings this year.

I love this image because the couple got married years ago in Mexico, this session was a celebration of love and devotion to each other. It was a very windy day and rough conditions but beautiful. We were standing on this cliff where he proposed to her in Danmark years ago, the couple was so present and in the moment with each other being so loving and playfull even though with the high winds, foam and water splashed them from the ocean.

Having a picture in your hometown, is extra special if it's a killer location. The reflection on the water makes the couple stand out even more. The gentle touch of the groom makes the picture complete.

In the middle of Bangkok, we created this image just standing in the middle of the road.
The busy life went on, while the couple enjoyed their love.
