Eighty-Sixth Collection

Sometimes everything just seems to fit perfectly. The beautiful landscape, that amazing sun and a wonderful couple. I t was a hot day at this after wedding shoot in Wental, Germany but my couple did a great job. We started at late afternoon and this was one of the earlier pictures of that day.

Maisie and Rob decided their wedding wasn’t complete with a bridal party vs groomsmen sports day! Bridal party won ???????? The entire day was so different and unconventional and filled with love and happiness after multiple Covid reschedules

This bride and groom pulled off all the stops at their wedding and finished an incredible day with a fireworks display for all their guests, which gave me an excellent opportunity to get them a cool night portrait. Photographing fireworks is never easy, but I'm pleased with this particular burst and how I lit the couple.

Tyler and Abby had such a unique reception venue….A Quarry!! How was I going to create something specific and unique for this awesome couple?! The photo speaks for itself as I grabbed these two to create this super cool photo that is specific to only them.

Oh my, made my heart a little jump when we arrived at the photoshoot location for the wedding reportage. This lovely couple spotted the location themselves, a few minutes by Car from their home. They made pictures of the location months before the wedding and asked for my approval. Already it was a stunning location, but man what a surprise when we saw all the white flowers that popped up out of nowhere on the day of the wedding . I was one very lucky photographer, and this precisely is why spring is my favorite season. The challenge: to catch the dreamy atmosphere. I would say mission accomplished.

The photo location was a castle and we were quite early in the morning to get there for the photoshoot. It was a bit foggy and there was a small road that leads to the castle. The couple drove in front of me and I saw this image in my head already. So I stopped, gave the couple instructions to wave and drive slowly forward. The couple and I are still very happy with this final image!

This was the Starting of the day and the sky was to die for! I just told
the couple to walk hand in hand on and got
a series of fantastic silhouettes,
we got an awesome shot!

This English-Italian wedding had some seriously awesome energy! I managed to snap the stunning Cristina, laughing as her best girls blew kisses and joked about being loved up. .. Serious Bride squad goals right here.

Rain doesn't have to be a bad thing. In fact, it's thought to be good luck if it rains on your wedding day! This backlit image was taken during a lull in the downpour of the day. The bride and groom were awesome and more than happy to go play in the rain!

It was at the great Netley Hall, Shropshire for Ellie and Russell’ s wedding where I saw this opportunity for a night shot. Such a grand building, single off camera flash behind the couple, a black and white conversion and added a slight colour grading.

As soon as I walked into this old hanger I knew it would make for an epic shot with my couple.
A simple backlight helped give the couple the pop of separation from the rest of the scene.

This image came at the end of the day at the families 16th century home in Cornwall. The brides late grandparents owned the property which is soon to be sold, so it was extra important to me to include the house and to create something extra special for them to enjoy.

This was taken just before the bride was due to leave for the ceremony at The Ned London Hotel. The bride was getting quite nervous by this time and the flower girl so sweetly was whispering calming words.

This venue is in such a stunning situation, surrounded by rapeseed fields. I took the couple out after dinner for 5 minutes and backlit them with a flash. Many thanks Wedisson for this my first award

Jack and Megan's boho wedding was just amazing. Situated right in the garden of her fathers address, they enjoyed a fabulous day with friends and loved ones. Jack and Megan upcycled a lot of furniture and decor to make this a very personalised wedding day

I love how the stillness and movement come together in this picture, what a fun thing to do with your couple while they were waiting on their desert.

On the wedding day there was a red 1966 Ford Mustang convertible as a gift for a few hours, which of course was used for the photo shoot. It was very cloudy that day which gives this photo the perfect dramatic look.

It was such a great wedding shooting in front of the landmark of Cologne, the Cologne Cathedral. Of course, the perfect wedding car should not be missing: the 1966 Ford Mustang.

Alice and Niall really wanted a shot of the entire building and an unusual viewpoint of it and I saw the traffic coming and got this shot. They love it and it was just the perfect timing.

Im focusing on the naturel feeling of happyness. Less posing and more fun!

Áine & Patrick were a dream couple to work with - I attended school with Patrick and when asked to be their photographer I was excited just to be part of their day, having won this award it really has made this wedding extra special!

Every morning before sunset, hundreds of hot air balloons go up in Cappadocia (Turkey). This scenery really felt like a fairytale!

This photo was taken at the beautiful Stanbrook Abbey in Worcestershire UK. The abbey was packed with family and friends and was one of the busiest weddings I have photographed there. This shot was taken as the newly married couple prepared to walk back down the isle to begin their wedding day celebrations! Such an amazing day!

Sunset time, YES best time for it, why not bring first dance outdoor while you got lovely weather. Location venue Hirst priory. Lovely couple to work with and it was magical time for both. Happy day

In the high mountains of Koh Samui, Thailand, stands the so-called Overlap Stone. A bridge leads to this stone and takes a good portion of courage to go to this platform as a bride with the appropriate dress. Around the stone it goes frighteningly steep downhill. Special locations often result in special pictures.

It was a windy one, but this didn't stop Chloe & her bridesmaids getting outside and having some fun, I really enjoy this part of the day, when I get a chance to have a little banter with the groomsmen & Bride squad!

Venue - Granary Estates

Magical scenery for Gina and Don’s first look. The sun created a beautiful 'pocket' of light. I underexposed my ambient light and used MagBox to make sure my subjects pop as much as it possible.

A wonderful Jewish wedding that was lucky enough to have tall ceilings! Moments like this happen fast but we were ready, shoulder to shoulder with the crowd and armed with a 16mm the moment of freefall was captured perfectly.
