Vanmiddag opende ik mijn mail en zag dat ik wederom twee internationale Wedisson Award heb gewonnen! Nu met deze twee geweldige foto’s die ik tijdens de bruiloft van Edwin en Samira bij het mooie gemeentehuis in Delft maakte.
Naast de mooie recensies die ik altijd van bruidsparen ontvang op de trouwreportages die ik oplever, voelt het winnen van deze prijs als een ongekende waardering voor mijn werk.

This is something I wanted to try and was inspired by a photographer I look up to, the best men were most obliging in what was a test shot for the bride and groom.

We had the privilege of capturing this beautiful bridal couple in Oesterdam. On a pier, there was a gentle breeze and the light reflected beautifully through the bride's veil, creating a magnificent palette of colors and composition.

We were so lucky to have an amazing golden hour for Lucy and Jack’s weddings at the stunning Garthmyl Hall. This was a candid moment caught between portraits, just lovely.

Garthmyl Hall was a special place for me, my first time there trying out new ideas. The light was incredible and having such a lovely bride and groom who were willing to give the photos time, it really did pay off.
