One Hundred and Thirteenth Collection

I've always loved a dramatic and atmospheric image, with the help of my lighting assistant Oliver my 12 year old Son, we created this moody shot at Talacre sand dunes.

Captured amidst the majestic peaks of Germany, this couple radiates joy and connection as they explore the breathtaking mountain landscapes, making their elopement an unforgettable adventure.

We were wrapping up the couple's shoot and when the bride was walking towards the venue she turned around and asked if we were done. I kept shooting and knew I shot the best portrait of the day.

Lottie & Mikey had an amazing day full of candid moments, especially funny together, and this moment was captured during a little portrait session where I play a game with them :-)

So much fun with kids around! Thanx little girl for turning your back at me. Haha photo taken at stadhuis Hellevoetsluis, the Netherlands at the wedding of Joey and Esmay!

It had rained all day during the ceremony and drinks reception, but in the evening the sun came out so I was so happy to be able to capture some golden hour portraits for them!

This groom has a history in professional handball-playing, so it was not such a weird question for me, as photographer, to ask his handballteam to throw him instead of a ball. Also.. it wasn’t scary at all to lay underneath it for that reason!

This was one colourful wedding, filled with love and laughter.
I'd had a shot I'm mind for this little meadow with it's far reaching views and after getting that one I got all the bridesmaid's (and bridesman) together with the bride for some fun shots.
It was such a joy to be a part of.

This wedding couple loved to do things a little differently. They wanted a gangster photo with all their friends, and choose this cool pick-up truck as wedding car. Of course we had to get cool photo's with it! I would say: mission accomplished.

Abigail and Daniel wanted the most epic photo on this bridge at their wedding venue, so I had to oblige!

This lovely bridal couple got married at 'het Kasteel van Rhoon', and after the ceremony, they were showered with dried flowers by all their wonderful guests!

Pure and unconditional love + chaos are the perfect match to me. I love to capture not only the first kiss, but also everything that happens around the couple. Tears, joy, and all the other emotions!

Deze prachtige bruid heb ik vast mogen leggen bij haar en de bruidegom thuis. Ze hadden als wens om een fotoshoot tussen hun koeien te doen en zo gezegd zo gedaan!

An international wedding at the beautiful Moermond Castle in Renesse. loved ones from Spain, England and Germany came to the Netherlands for this fantastic bridal couple. It was just like in a movie and a dream.

To say this bridal party were full of fun, laughter and mischief would be an understatement! So many great shots from the time spent with them during bridal preparation, this one was a fun little idea I had which worked really well

This wedding couple just loves being outdoors and vibrant colors just like I do. And now the heather is blooming, we had to take a drone shot with the couple lying in the heath. Look at this fantastic purple / pink colors.

Taken just after sunset at the lovely Oak Farm Hotel, Cannock. I wanted to exploit the oak trees in the rear garden. This was achieved by placing 2 x flashes behind the couple - 1 upwards into the trees, the 2nd with a CTO gel onto the trunk to create the silhouette.

This was taken in central Wolverhampton thankfully on a one-way street. (Always good to see what's approaching!)
Coralling the "merry" wedding party was probably the hardest part, but definitely worth it!
Congratulations again to Tony and Kate - and thank you both and the rest of the team for helping make this happen.
(Don't try this at home, kids!)

We are always looking for nice 'frames' to put our couples in. Standing on a bridge, surrounded by greenery was the perfect one.

The bride and groom sit close, gazing at the fading sunset, the soft glow reflecting off the water. Her gown cascades around them on the dock, just at this moment a sailboat glides by in the background. In this perfect moment, they were just sitting there quietly enjoying the view, as if they are waiting for something.
When I saw the sunset, I just asked them to come outside and sit here. I did not have to tell them anything else as this moment just unfolded perfectly.
They even stayed here for a while, after I took the shot, as it was a romantic moment for them.
