One Hundred and Thirteenth Collection
Deze prachtige bruid heb ik vast mogen leggen bij haar en de bruidegom thuis. Ze hadden als wens om een fotoshoot tussen hun koeien te doen en zo gezegd zo gedaan!
An international wedding at the beautiful Moermond Castle in Renesse. loved ones from Spain, England and Germany came to the Netherlands for this fantastic bridal couple. It was just like in a movie and a dream.
To say this bridal party were full of fun, laughter and mischief would be an understatement! So many great shots from the time spent with them during bridal preparation, this one was a fun little idea I had which worked really well
This wedding couple just loves being outdoors and vibrant colors just like I do. And now the heather is blooming, we had to take a drone shot with the couple lying in the heath. Look at this fantastic purple / pink colors.
Taken just after sunset at the lovely Oak Farm Hotel, Cannock. I wanted to exploit the oak trees in the rear garden. This was achieved by placing 2 x flashes behind the couple - 1 upwards into the trees, the 2nd with a CTO gel onto the trunk to create the silhouette.
This was taken in central Wolverhampton thankfully on a one-way street. (Always good to see what's approaching!)
Coralling the "merry" wedding party was probably the hardest part, but definitely worth it!
Congratulations again to Tony and Kate - and thank you both and the rest of the team for helping make this happen.
(Don't try this at home, kids!)
We are always looking for nice 'frames' to put our couples in. Standing on a bridge, surrounded by greenery was the perfect one.
The bride and groom sit close, gazing at the fading sunset, the soft glow reflecting off the water. Her gown cascades around them on the dock, just at this moment a sailboat glides by in the background. In this perfect moment, they were just sitting there quietly enjoying the view, as if they are waiting for something.
When I saw the sunset, I just asked them to come outside and sit here. I did not have to tell them anything else as this moment just unfolded perfectly.
They even stayed here for a while, after I took the shot, as it was a romantic moment for them.
After this beautiful couple had enjoyed their dinner, I decided to take them for a quick mini shoot during the golden hour. All three of us certainly did not regret this!
The tears from a strong bride after stressful weeks are a testament to the meaning of a mother's hug.
A wedding in an apple orchard with the beautiful evening sun was still high on my list. So glad I was able to take this photo! A beautiful wedding couple and a beautiful location makes a great photo!
Set against the dreamy skies of French Polynesia, this intimate moment at sunset captures the couple's love in a magical atmosphere, with the clouds and mountains creating a surreal backdrop.
Shooting confetti with a wide lens meant I could keep shooting until the very last second when they were right in front of me. It looks so much more dynamic this way which I love.
This ruin was located at the wedding venue (which was a small castle). We loved the atmosphere, and the bride did not only want to pose next to the building, but wanted to get in it! It was quite a (hilarious) climb for the couple to get to the opening, we had to use chairs from the ceremony, and the groom had to help the bride getting in and out, but it was definitely worth it!
Mother and daughter, before the ceremony begins. The magic of backlight in the beautiful Moermond Castle in Renesse. an old castle with moats was a location that had been on my bucket list for a long time.
It's always good to have your bridesmaids on hand to help with the dress!
I love this storytelling image of Michelle getting ready for her wedding day.
The wonderful staircase of Palazzo Isolani, in Bologna, a wonderful setting for two spouses in love.
