Fun and natural photography and videography from Documentary Wedding Photographers, Heather Butterworth Photography. We are a fun loving husband and wife team who live in Yorkshire with our family and highly strung cat, Stuart. We offer a unique unposed storytelling style, documenting all the important moments as well as epic couple portraits, using our stunning signature lighting. Our wedding photography loves the light and colour as well as all the beautiful, funny and sweet moments. We won't ask you to do too much posing and we don't do any cheesy moments either. We also offer wedding videography including aerial films using our drone that has the same natural light loving style as our photography.

103rd CollectionHayley and Lewis had their wedding in Harrogate and it was a really hot day in June. As the temperature started to fall, the sun started dropping behind the hotel and the lovely golden light shone onto the traffic island across the road from the hotel which was surrounded by two very busy roads. I knew this wouldn't matter with the perfect lighting and the right camera settings and angles. I'm so glad that Hayley and Lewis put their trust in me for this, as we did get a few puzzled looks from people driving by but it was very much worth it!
