One Hundred and Twentieth Collection

Es war dieser außergewöhnliche Tag im Weltkulturerbe Wattenmeer, auf der idyllischen Insel Amrum – genau die richtige Prise Glück. Und irgendwie finde ich es auch schön, Menschen an ihrem zauberhaften Tag zu fotografieren. In solchen Momenten voller Sekundenglück, immer nah am Meer, schwappt auch mein Herz über, wenn ein lauer Sommerwind durch mich fährt.

Alexandra hatte ihren Lieblingsmenschen gefunden. Das junge Brautpaar vermählte sich an diesem herrlichen Spätsommertag in der Windmühle von Amrum. Am Abend hatte ich das große Glück, eine Bildstrecke in den Dünen von Amrum zu erstellen.

Und wieder kam mir mein Lieblingslied von Herbert Grönemeyer in den Sinn:
„Wir dachten, unsere Herzen schwappen über, fühlen uns vom Sentiment überschwemmt.“
Es sind diese einzigartigen Tausendstel-Momente – das ist es, was wir Sekundenglück nennen.

This photo was taken during Joy and Mike's wedding. The car belongs to Joy's father and we were allowed to stand at this spot especially for this super cool photo. Mike's suit was specially chosen for the color of the car, and the green surroundings made the picture complete.

A love as serene and graceful as the horses that encircled them. For a bride who rides, this moment was quietly magical.
