Trouwen in de maand september. Qua weer kan het in Nederland natuurlijk alle kanten op gaan maar meestal is het heerlijk warm in september. Boudewijn en Maureen trouwden 6 september ‘24 en hadden een prachtige, zonnige septemberdag. Wat een geluk!

The wind was incredibly strong throughout the entire wedding, but wow, what an unforgettable celebration! This dress is definitely one of my favorites.

As the morning sun kissed the ground, this beautiful pair shared a quiet moment.
The golden light wrapped around them like a warm embrace, as if nature itself was blessing their love. With a gentle touch and a bouquet of white roses, they promised each other a lifetime of laughter, adventure, and stolen glances like this one.

Winning this Wedisson Award is an honor, but capturing love in its purest form—now that’s the real reward. 🌿✨💍

Always a fun thing to do, especially when it pops hard.

Es war dieser außergewöhnliche Tag im Weltkulturerbe Wattenmeer, auf der idyllischen Insel Amrum – genau die richtige Prise Glück. Und irgendwie finde ich es auch schön, Menschen an ihrem zauberhaften Tag zu fotografieren. In solchen Momenten voller Sekundenglück, immer nah am Meer, schwappt auch mein Herz über, wenn ein lauer Sommerwind durch mich fährt.

Alexandra hatte ihren Lieblingsmenschen gefunden. Das junge Brautpaar vermählte sich an diesem herrlichen Spätsommertag in der Windmühle von Amrum. Am Abend hatte ich das große Glück, eine Bildstrecke in den Dünen von Amrum zu erstellen.

Und wieder kam mir mein Lieblingslied von Herbert Grönemeyer in den Sinn:
„Wir dachten, unsere Herzen schwappen über, fühlen uns vom Sentiment überschwemmt.“
Es sind diese einzigartigen Tausendstel-Momente – das ist es, was wir Sekundenglück nennen.

This photo was taken during Joy and Mike's wedding. The car belongs to Joy's father and we were allowed to stand at this spot especially for this super cool photo. Mike's suit was specially chosen for the color of the car, and the green surroundings made the picture complete.

A love as serene and graceful as the horses that encircled them. For a bride who rides, this moment was quietly magical.
