When the sun goes down, it's a great moment for a silhouette. During dinner or party I will quickly take the couple to a nice place for such a photo. This photo was actually taken in the middle of the day. In the winter months, we have a low sun in the Netherlands, so you can take these kinds of photos all day long on a sunny day.
At least for me as a wedding photographer, there is hardly anything more beautiful than the contrast between a graceful bride and a rugged location.
This is another shot from the wedding workshop I did with Neil Redfern at Abbeywood Estate.
There was a beautiful wisteria climbing over the pergola where the couple were to walk. By shooting through it at a wide aperture I got this gorgeous bokeh ... I LOVE bokeh! ... and having the couple almost completely surrounded by that stunning purple colour it just made the image for me.
Beautiful venue Carlton Tower, Danielle & Jordan finally tie the knot after 3 time postponed due to covid. Knowing bride over 10 year and grateful to be photography their wedding day. Simply perfection day
Ziba i Alen. What a couple. A lot of emotions were pouring in all directions that day. The two of them are two wonderful introverts, who are at a wedding, a place of great noise, merriment and all that is extrovert. I wanted this photo to evoke that contrast of introversion of them as a couple, and extroverted people, friends, family around them. Freeze time, silence the noise.
Un saxofonista en la boda, un lugar mágico y unos novios que se quieren a rabiar. ¿Que mas se puede pedir para realizar una foto mágica?
Andrea & Francesco, a couple who had their dream wedding in Paris. In Av. De Camoens, a spot that should not be missed in a photo session ;)
Those two took the decision the get married in their fields. He is farmer, she is social worker. They are parents of a beautiful baby girl. Good as bad, all the experiences they go through characterize their couple, their life. The place where they plan to live is the nest of their history. So It was in privacy and full of love that they took the decision to have the first look where everything happens every day, at home.
A wedding day with some beautiful children, in this case they decided that the girl should be with her mother at all times and the son with his father, in their eyes you could see the love that exists between them and that on the wedding day could fail, the naturalness with which they lived that day was something that we can all dream of and experience in person
This photo was shot at their wedding location at the DRU Cultuurfabriek in Ulft. I decided to put a flash with an orange filter behind the couple to create this amazing atmosphere. The couple loved this image because they wanted to some special shots with an industrial touch.
Igor and Katarina should be marrying in Serbia. Because of Covid-19 that wasn't possible. The tiniest wedding ever, but with online streaming the family was able to follow the ceremony. Such a great day!
I created a silhouette of my bride and groom and created foreground interesting foreground for the image by lighting a few glass candle holders.
This image was taken at Knowle Country House, in Kent.
The applecare of the Elmenhorst is beautiful, between the apples and pears we made a lot of pictures. With the last sun we captured this beautiful image out of the sky!
Photo taken of a wedding couple at Pre wedding photo session. Location is Bray, Co. Wicklow, Ireland. The couple tied the knot on New Year’s Eve 2021.
I love to put a little bit of drama into my photoshoots. So when this bride was finished with her "getting ready", we had some time left to take a couple awesome pictures.
After a whole week of constant rain, we were lucky enough to have a great sunset during the pre-wedding, which is usually the case in Malta. The rain from previous days played in our favour creating the reflection which makes this image really pop out!
This was a beautiful location we were at and the contrast between the outfits of the couple and the boat dock and the colourfull boats was too perfect! Had to take a drone shot for this one!
