Seventy-Ninth Collection
Thank you for this honour!
This was one of a bunch of cool ones I did on an evening shot till sundown. We had Light Painting, and shots against the downing sun mirroring in the ocean. It was something out of the box with a lot of experimenting and therefore so much fun to edit!
There are not a lot of big trees where I live. This is the only one I know in Schiedam. Lit up the tree with an AD200PRO and the couple made a nice silhouette in front of the flash. Turned out great!
Visitar lugar diferentes es algo que nos encanta, el viajar a Galicia para esta Post-boda fue algo รบnico y diferente. El tiempo marcaba lluvia, pero brillo por su ausencia :)
This silhouette of the couple was taken under a bridge. The architecture and geometry of the bridge is unique and helps to make this image so special.
Photographed during golden hour using natural light. I chose the location due to its beautiful light and the use of the bridge as leading lines.
Britt & Dan are such a lovely couple! They were incredibly nervous about having their photo taken on their wedding day and so asked if they could have a little shoot before the main event. They did not disappoint! They began by hating every second of it, but then the giggles and their personalities came out in abundance. Taken at Elsham Hall, this was one of the many beautiful moments they shared together.
This shot was taken at Eaves Hall in Lancashire and suggested by my friend and incredible photographer Neil Redfern as part of his workshop. Shot through some glasswear, Demi & James are lit by one OCF with a 1/4 CTO gel, with the glasses lit by a purple OCF gel to create the colourful bokeh.
Maria & Jonathan were excellent to photograph, they were totally in to the photography and wanted to get the most out of our time together. It makes a world of difference to the images when couples are so open. This photo was taken at Chicheley Hall in Buckinghamshire, UK.
My clients love my rain shots at night so obviously we took advantage of the bad weather for this one which always wows the happy couple
Tail end of a storm, did not stop us from heading out and climbing the sand dunes of Clonakilty in west cork, Thankfully my couple were absolutely amazing and braced the Irish weather, This was one of the final images heading back to the venue the Celtic Ross hotel, I noticed I had that multi color Umbrella in my vehicle and quickly grabbed it and placed a flash behind my couple and sent the light towards them. Just delighted that even when it was raining my awesome couple were willing to step out in the rain.
Sarah & Ben are keen climbers - this photo captures them on their wedding day in front of the Roaches which is a place special to them.
Nice sunny day of Irish summer, just a minute after walking out from church. Plenty guest around I had few words with groom and I've seen bride walking towards us in reflection of groom sunglasses ,remember my wards "dont move ,dont breath " and snap .
We had originally planned for this couples pre wedding shoot in a rapeseed field but missed out by a couple of days due to the field being harvested. So instead, we found this field of buttercups for this drone shot. We incorporated the guitar as the couple are in a band and really helped represent them!
Two beautiful girls, on a beautiful day, said yes to each other. Love is Love. We were in the woods at a lovely tree house and a nice pick up. Here are the ladies in the back of the pick up!!
Early October, the Cheshire Courtney and the stunning Styal Lodge as the venue, what could go wrong!
That morning the rain had been torrential and despite showing signs it may break continued through the ceremony and most of the drinks reception, moving most of the group photos indoors. We had almost lost hope of getting out for any portraits before the rain broke, but when it did the light was stunning!
After commandeering one of the venues golf buggies were were able to get out to the lake and get this photo! The clouds that had caused so much disappear earlier gifted us an epic skyline, while the early autumn light lit our bride beautifully and cast amazing reflections in the lake beyond.
While the shot was planned in advance, meaning the small window we had was efficiently used, the light and backdrop on this occasion was a gift!
A couple in love and humble, grateful until the last moment to be able to be with them and leave them the best memory, the pre-wedding was the beginning of a great adventure that they were ready to start, without a doubt it was going to be a long road but they they will see it as the best shared love.
I saw the make-up artist waving to get the make-up dry and didn't hesitate for one moment. I took a LOT of photo's and I knew this one was gold. Love to see the beauty discovered by watching the light and the situations.
Sophie & Lee
Perfection day no winds, decide using smoke grenades at dark area. Super happy with the results. What an amazing day we had.
This couple has a close connection to their homeland, whose flagship is huge fields of water lilies. The two love water lilies - their daughter is also named after a variety.
With my drone I was able to give both of them such a picture.
Jo & Jamie's parents owned this camper van, it was special to the family, so I thought I'd try and create something special for them. I placed a speed light inside the camper, then added in a white smoke bomb to create the atmosphere, really happy how this turned out :)
VENUE - BASSMEAD MANOR
What a great place to dine.. Just before everyone sat down at the table with a camera flash we made this picture.. Just a bit more fun a photo of the dining table including the bridal couple ;)
It may have taken 3 reschedules but they finally got their big day, Iโm so in love with how everything turned out! Nothing can beat a lovely window light. Co. Waterford. Ireland.
I managed to capture this image of the bride and groom walking to the reception in between some trees. I love the warm and cool tones from the sunset.
This is a fun story ;) We were actually not allowed to take pictures in this room because it was supposed to be occupied .. When we opened the door and saw no one we had to take a picture and sneaked in...after 1 minute we were sent away.. Yolo ;)
This was one of the final images from the portrait session. I love it because it helps to showcase just how grand the bride's dress is.
