Our love is something that is truly special and there is no other love like ours in the world. Together, we can do so much and help each other realize our dreams because we truly have a love that is special.
El Roc de Sant Gaietร , full of possibilities where the wind always blows, a post-wedding where we finished our work with this wonderful couple, enjoying with them was the best way to leave the best memory and capture images that speak for themselves. Always like that.
A beautiful September wedding at the beach of Noordwijk. Just after sunset - the party already started - kids were playing on top of the dunes. This wedding couple walked up the dune to the kids and this beautiful silhouette appeared.
The neon sign was cool enough, and because I didn't want to mess with the ambiance of the scene, yet also wanted to bring color to the couple to match the neon, I used a prism below my lens to bounce the neon light back into the camera and it resulted in this.
I offer starlight sessions to my clients at the end of their wedding day. It's a great way to give closure to the night, it is oh so romantic, encourages them to take a moonlit stroll along afterward, everyone loves them, and they are typically the most loved images of the day.
Jess and Andrew wed in front of their nearest and dearest in Sydney. It was an incredible day with this being taken walking towards their ceremony.
Whispers - When รngel and Silvia proposed to us to make this wedding we loved the idea. The place is Lagos de Covadonga, formed by two small lakes the Enol and the Ercina of glacial origin located in the western massif of the National Park of Picos de Europa in Asturias (Spain) a beautiful place on planet Earth where pure oxygen is breathed.
Why not have your wedding the way you want it. With a Midnight Romance feel and woodland surroundings, it was just perfect for Lou & James.
I love to incorporate some sort of 'fun' element into my shoots, usually jumping but anything goes as long as its fun, why should we stick to boring him and her photos looking at the camera.
A wedding in august. Corona was out of our minds. A great party, fine weather, and a wonderful couple. They had so much fun during the shooting at the beach, I love this pic!
Luke and Yazmine managed to say "I do" before Wales went into lockdown for the second time. Thank goodness they did but it literally rained all day. This was taken in the venue car park using one flash with magmod, blue gel, and one smoke bomb behind the couple. I'm super happy with how this turned out.
This awesome destination wedding allowed for some extra time for after wedding shoots. With the sun setting in this beautiful place, the backdrop created the perfect image for a posed shot.
Love has no limits. These girls were radiating love! On their perfect day we had everything, sunshine, friends and family, great location and lots, lots of love!
Who doesn't like golden hour? The sunset view in Dumbo Brooklyn is so gorgeous! We got so lucky to take pictures with a background like this!
This day was a terrible challenge. End of august. 10 degrees in the mountains. Rainy day. A shy light, dark surroundings, big clouds on our head tops... After the laic ceremony during the cocktail, we stopped everything and run to get a rainless moment to take some pics. Not so far. Just in the fields at the edge of the village. We walked, we took some photographs, we walked, we stopped and there, this view. The mountains were merging on us, on their couple as a benediction of their love.
Igor and Katarina walked with me into the beautiful Dutch landscape. Because of their very small wedding with only 6 people, the couple included we had plenty of time to take some quality time together. Such a relaxed day!
This was a beautiful moment of calm just before Natalie's and Mat's wedding earlier this year. Emily the wonderful bridesmaid quickly giving Natalie's dress and veil a last-minute check before heading off to the church.
Mike and Dua made for each other. A most adorable couple full of love. This picture was shot in front of the capitol in the United States. It was about to rain we had to do the best we can and we did it.
Whether the sun is shining or it is raining; the joy of newlyweds on their wedding day is always something very special. During this picture, I just had a hard time getting behind the three. A compliment to the groom and bridesmaid actually managing to keep the wedding dress clean despite the rain.
On the wedding day of Sjraar and Ellen, we went to the heather for the photoshoot. They had an amazing car that day, that I wanted to give a special place in the reportage. With the help of 3 speed lights and a great assistant, I made this shot.
Dynamic shot, I wanted to make this image through a 105mm 1.4 lens to create a lot of depth of field.
The married couple in question was accelerating towards me, a very joyful image!
Many bridal couples have had to change their beloved date through covid-19. On their previously planned wedding day, we plan pre-wedding Shoots to do something special with the date. With these amazing couples we make these beautiful memories...2021 we are coming!
This is the famous "Ijsselbridge' that connects my hometown Zwolle with the smaller town Hattem. It is over 90 years old and usually a very busy bridge. This summer, however, it was closed off for about a week for maintenance. When Mitchell and Dominique got married, we took this unique opportunity for a photoshoot, and I love how it turned out!
In a quiet forest where it rains. The pale green leaves were very beautiful. Use the logs at their feet to make their height difference
This couple was so nervous about having their photo taken, we took a stroll in a forest area in Kent and I just asked the couple to give it each a big hug, look in opposite directions and imagine seeing each other on your wedding day! The beautiful large pine made for a beautiful background.
While going for a walk with the couple around their venue we found this bridge with the perfect little light patch right in the center. With it being a wet and miserable day I couldn't miss passing up the opportunity to take some lovely shots in this location.
Thereโs no doubt that you need your best ladies by your side on your wedding day. The photo was taken with my favorite 85mm to combat harsh afternoon shadows. Garryvoe Hotel, co. Cork. Ireland.
I made this picture at the wedding of Sanne and Stan, where I was a second shooter with photographer Arieta van Leur.
This was so much fun to make!
Raining men! Friends and family are always there to catch you when you fall. We shot this picture on a cloudy day in the east of the Netherlands. The only thing that falls down the sky that day was the groom. It's good you can always rely on your family and friends. For us, this is a symbolic picture!
With the weather too cold to take the couple outside it was time to get creative. Using a mirrored glass table to make a reflection I positioned it between the lights and asked the couple to embrace. Dialing down the ambient light and using a low powered gridded flash I was able to isolate the couple to create this effect.
