One Hundred and Seventh Collection
On the summit of a Swiss mountain, a couple stands enraptured by the mesmerizing alpenglow. Bathed in hues of pink and orange, the landscape behind them is aglow with the last light of day. As they gaze into each other's eyes, a sense of tranquility washes over them, captivated not only by the stunning scenery but by the depth of their connection amidst the splendor of the Swiss Alps.
Viewed from above, the scene unfolds in a fascinating play of light and shadow. The metallic walls cast a cool, mysterious glow.
At the heart stands the bridal couple in the light, a beacon of warmth and love in the darkness. Their closed eyes speak of a moment of intimacy as they stand side by side on the staircase, surrounded by the silence and magic of this special moment.
The wedding took place in Austria at the "Weingut Holler".
As they stood hand in hand, surrounded by nature's grandeur, the mountains whispered tales of eternal love while the river nearby murmured its soothing melodies, creating a symphony of serenity that echoed their deep bond. In this tranquil haven, amidst the picturesque scenery of the Austrian Lechtal, their love story unfolded, captured in every frame of this unforgettable moment.
It's party time at Chippenham Park, and Nicole and her bridesmaids wanted a shot to remember.
All we needed was some glasses of fizz and a low backlit angle to provided this fun shot.
This was the last image of the session taken during blue hour. I saw the colourful flowers on the bushes and knew I had to use them somehow so I used them as a frame to add interest.
This sweet couple got married at Villa Augustus in Dordrecht, the Netherlands. The bridal couple radiated happiness and it was so nice to capture their beautiful day!
It is only a very short period that the heather is so beautifully purple. Especially in combination with these lovely newly-weds! I really love this time of the year.
At the end of their wedding-day, we did a short golden hour shoot. Then the couple ran to the venue where dinner was being served.
We froze time for a second here... A genuine moment between the bride and groom when people walked by.
What a big surprise for her! Her boyfriend got down on his knees and asked her to marry him. And of course she said yes.
Becca & Christian's wedding was the most confetti heavy wedding I've ever photographed with 6 sets of confetti throughout the day and it was amazing! This moment was during their entrance at Albert Hall with the biggest confetti canon I've ever seen and this epic moment was the result.
This July wedding had every weather element you could imagine so you just know that whilst there was a brief interlude from the monsoon rain conditions we hot footed it outside to make use of this beautiful view!
Just walking towards the place we had in mind, in a split-second I turned myself to the bridal couple. And I noticed this beautiful and spontaneous scenery, in which the groom gallantly helped the bride walking down the stairs. But precisely at that moment, where the contrast between light and dark was so stunning.
I love the moments of getting ready before the ceremony. This is on of those moments where everyone does their utter best to look gorgeous. Most of the time the bride and groom do this in the presence of their loved ones and I feel honored to witness many intimate moments where you feel the connection between the bride and her parents / siblings / friends. When I have a moment to spare I always create a creative shot out-of-the-box. This bride was placed in a perfect spot for extra lighting and here you are...

Thank you Wedisson Team for awarding this photo with a Wedisson Award. Great to be part of the team.
Luc and Nina had a farmers-wedding. Luc loves his tractor and Nina these lovely horses. So what's better then combine these two!
This was such a beautiful wedding at mount Rigi in Switzerland. It was very cold so I had only about 15 minutes for the sunset couple shoot. But it was a blast :)
Taken lakeside at Lough Sheelin, Co Cavan. The rain was intermittent all day and we had to wait for the opportune moment to make this shot happen. The wind and dark skies did add to the drama of the shot. That combined with the strong pose from the couple and the swan timing his appearance to perfection all added to make this shot come together.
This was a real bonus to get some photos outside, the weather had been awful all morning and the outside ceremony was moved inside on the day - we would have gone out anyway and had fun in the rain but this walk for couple photos seemed like a real celebration that the sun had come out! To top it off, Bex and Greg were so easy and chilled to photograph!
Capturing this moment felt like catching magic. The perfect blend of light, this stunning bride, the enchanting location, and... that dress! I could have stayed there shooting forever.
Fighting the elements for this one!
EMILY & DAN and their bridal party were amazing sports for this immense shot. Epic wedding day at Cooling Castle Barn, Kent.
So grateful for the recognition on this Wedission!
Rahul & Sian were one of my favorite couples in 2023, a completely different culture, new music style, new learning!!!
On the day of the photo session we thought we wouldn't do it because it was raining hard, but it stopped for 15 minutes and this was one of the photos.
Amidst the majestic French Alps, a couple shares a tender embrace as the sun dips below the horizon. Against a canvas of dark blue skies, their silhouettes stand out, a testament to their love amidst the rugged beauty of the mountains. With the golden glow of sunset illuminating their faces, they hold each other close, cherishing the moment atop this breathtaking peak.
