One Hundred and Seventh Collection
First wedding of 2024. It was a super rainy day, so we went inside for photo’s. I normally use this pose for taking closeup ring photo’s/portraits. This time In was standing back a bit and loved the atmosphere of the angle.
The bride had a physical disability and had a difficult time before the wedding. It was time to have some fun. She was almost flying by herself, such a joy and celebration.
The action is not always in the most expected moments. During the vows, the bride's best friend broke down in tears. So many loving people around her to comfort her.
A kiss to remember: A story of two souls becoming one with the dreamy back drop of the majestic York Minster in the background adds a touch of history and elegance. I just love weddings around York.
I really love the softness and bohemian atmosphere in this photo, Ferry and Martine really are a stunning couple together and it was a blast to work with them. My NikonZ85mm f1.8 portrait lens really is my favorite for weddings.
"Sheridan & Bruce's love story unfolds amidst the NYC skyline, where every building has a story, and theirs rises above."
In the mountains we found this spot and the curious cow, which came closer and closer as we took a few photos. So I moved around a bit with the camera to get the cow and the couple in the right frame.
Ellie & Tom... This one takes me back to my dark and moody landscape days. I love my atmospheric landscapes, like something from Lord of the Rings. I saw this scene as we walked up to Castell Dinas Bran, I knew exactly what I wanted for the last shot of the evening on Ellie & Tom's pre wedding shoot.
I was thrilled to capture this stunning sunset backdrop for a wedding. On the right, you can see the cozy tipi of Hardsham Farm, where the guests were enjoying the view from the balcony. They were jokingly hoping that the groom would slip and fall into the water, but he didn’t. Instead, he and his bride shared a romantic moment as they rowed peacefully around the lake. It was a beautiful scene that I will never forget.
Anna & Jamie... A stunning sunset pre wedding shoot along Formby Beach. The sunlight behind them wasn't strong enough to create the desired effect, so I added a light behind them to create the warm glow.
