One Hundred and Fifth Collection
The ceremony of this wedding was very beautiful and full of emotions. The bride's friend and maid of honor give her a big hug and some nice words.
When the bride is ready to meet her future husband and close family members are blown away by her beauty. Short after this moment the first happy tears appeared.
Despite being the middle of June, the rain didn't dampen Rachel and Nick's 'just married' happiness as they left Inkberrow Church in Worcestershire, shortly after becoming husband and wife.
I love their connection in this image and also how the umbrellas match their outfits and the direction in which they are looking!
I love to create storytelling images which will make my couples smile each time they look back on them.
The love between Karen & Nick was beautiful to witness in person. A mature couple with teenage love.
"The photos shouldn't be all that traditional", the couple told me before their wedding. They are rock & roll, and like heavy music and heavy dancing. That's why I wanted to implement some movement & take a few dynamic shots of this amazing couple and their strong love for each other. When the owner of the wedding location indicated that we could move around the premises in our very own golfcart, I immediately knew what kind of photo I wanted to create!
"The wedding of Saskia and Bram took place on a beautiful day in September. I love lifestyle photography and am always curious about what will happen. And then the wind took over..."
Ed & Lizzie got married at the wonderful Manor Barn, and I used my phone to create a reflection of the hanging ceiling lights as they left the ceremony, I thought it would help to create a little magical feel to a mid aisle kiss!
This was a beautiful twilight wedding at The Priests House and Old Chapel in Yorkshire. My couple wanted some dramatic portraits and as it had rained most of the day with the odd rumble of thunder, when the mist came rolling in I knew we just had to drive out onto the surrounding moorland. Using off camera flash to light the couple I underexposed the scene to bring even more drama to the background. When I saw the resulting image on the lcd screen I knew I'd got something special.
First look on a cable car station in Austria. As it was a busy day with lots of hikers, we found our spot on the roof terrace with a fantastic view.
This lucky couple didn't had to search long for a perfect wedding car, the father of the groom owns this fantastic classic car. Me and my camera were addicted by it!
Saad & Shabana had a lovely wedding in a marquee on the Wirral, but within the grounds is this gorgeous building perfect to add some smoke for atmosphere.
Near the wedding location we found this beautiful little lake with a jetty, we took the drone and took this shot.
I love it when the bride wears a veil, especially when there is strong wind and when they can't stop smiling to each other.
Freya & Jason married in the tapestry room of Hawkstone Hall - and during the ceremony I watched the rain heading our way over the hills but loved the opportunity for this reflection shot. Her sister Sam was at the wedding. I shot her wedding 10 years earlier.
While leaving the church this couple was surprised with a live music performance from a terrace across the street.
The couple opted for a portrait session in the pouring rain. That was the right decision. In the end we were pretty wet, but we took some great pictures.
This was such a lovely village wedding... with the reception at a rather photo-limiting shed, however taking a trip further up the road early I saw this gorgeous rape seed field and my day was made... we took some fab images of Maisie & Matt en route.
