Sometimes the light hits just right for some nice posed shots. I love how in this shot the light hits the veil of the bride as well as both their faces.
On her beautiful wedding day, this bride sat in the early morning sun where she got the last hairspray for the finishing touch. Together with her dress, it completed the picture.
I always try to play with light. This day the sun was so bright...but in the doorway of a shed it looks just a bit different. This nice couple with their fun finished it off.
I captured this photo at the beautiful Tythe Barn in Bicester. The couple had hire a love sign and I decided I wanted to do something a little different with it. So I played around using a flash with a blue gel to light up the wall and created this silhouette.
The Bride faced the window and there was beautiful light coming through the window, I got up on a seat to include the chandelier, kinda worked out nice.
I was inspired to create a hair spray shot with a difference. So using the make-up artists ring light I asked her to placed her had through and spray. I love the yellow can and using a light to capture the spray behind the bride was a great way to black out the rest of the room.
Love to add a bit of fun with my photography. Saw this curve in the steps and thought it would be cool to have the couple run along it.
At the end of the wedding day when the sky turned dark and cloudy we used the nice backdrop with the iconic landmark, the Euromast, of the city of Rotterdam for this shoot.
The lightning in this composition matched perfectly on the warm and bright wedding theme. Even in the most epic places, nothing beats perfect light ...
This is a shot from Michelle & Ashley’s amazing wedding at Shuttleworth House in Bedfordshire. We just caught the golden hour as a big storm was rolling in at the same time creating the most amazing sky. A beautiful end to a perfect day.
A bridal couple gave me all the space to take a creative photo. This bridal couple married in an old monastery in the south of the Netherlands.
Claudia & Paddy's wedding was a banger! I had so much fun that day and this image really sums this up. Smoke bombs in the rain, go on then.
Venue - Lains Barn.
City center, Bihać, in front of the municipality. Thousands of weddings a year and hundreds of photographers come through this hall. Rare are the situations when the sun shines in this way and when it is possible to see and get such shadows. Those newlywed couples and that wedding, that freedom and love, the deep old-school hip hop connection between us will stay in my memory forever. Because I wanted and managed to make something that has never been seen before, something that borders on abstraction art and wedding photography. especially since this is the first photo I sent to any competition. The Universe is laid down in the center of Bihać.
This street dog was traveling with us most of the time during the shoot. We kept moving to different locations and he kept following us. It was like he was interested to be in a picture and that's how this shot came out.
I always think it's important that the bridal couples are comfortable. For this kind of photos I'm so close but this can only be done after they have actually forgotten that they are being photographed ;)
As they promised each other, "just take my hand and we will walk through this crazy life together." We promise you to capture your moments so and to cherish it for the rest of your life. Thank you so much for your support and congratulations to our team as we have made it through.
This was captured at the stunning Notley Abbey in Buckinghamshire. I really loved how the building looked lit up at night and wanted to create something special for the couple. So I posed them in front of the door and set up a flash behind them to create this!
We were blessed with beautiful golden hour light for Alison and Jonny's wedding at Fanhams Hall. Here's a shot of the newlyweds backlit by the golden light.
Under the weeping beech tree...this loving couple were married under the same tree at Bellinter house that afternoon. Such a lovely couple and stunning venue, I really couldn't ask for much more!
