I've just discovered smoke bombs, and now it seems I can't get enough of them. Sunset strolls around Rutland Water with Bec & Tom, what a beautiful couple inside & out.
When I was allowed to photograph these two cuties on their day, all the weather forecasts were on the storm. We nevertheless went to a nearby, completely muddy field and used the very few sun rays of the day. The two were so in love and proud of each other and that is exactly the message of this picture.
For this pre wedding shoot we started out in the woods. The light was amazing.Love to play around with some front or background blur...
This is Lauren & Shaun - taken on their wedding day at Tyn Dwr Hall in North Wales, UK. For the last shot of the evening, I always try and take a backlit portrait. Despite the heavy rain - Lauren was really up for this and with a flash set to half power placed behind the couple, we achieved this shot with the raindrops illuminated against the colourful up lights of the hall.
Blue skies & bubbles, yes please. Great fun at Normanton Church with Bec & Tom. This was one of those days when everything just feel into place seamlessly.
The most beautiful pictures are created when the bride and groom do not even know that they are being photographed. Like this couple in a tropical setting of Indonesia. This is the meaning of wedding reportage.
Drone shots really emit another perspective onto most ordinary views, leaving them extraordinary when shot from above. The play of shadow and light is the extra sauce on the amazing view the shot had.
This couple got married in a church with a big curtain at the rear. Just after the ceremony we had a few minutes for some portraits and this idea came to mind. I am really happy with how it came out and I am glad that the couple was really fond of it also.
So glad you like this pic! So different and structured for a beautiful bride like her. All the posture reinforces her look. That's the only thing you watch. Strong, confident, amazing.
After a great party, this wedding couple was met by their friends and family with sparkles. The couple's pose completed the moment.
The couple had asked me if the shoot could take place in te large garden of the bride s grandfather. This was an amazing beautiful location especially when I saw that there was an old dilapidated house somewhere hidden in the garden I was triggerd to take there some pictures of the couple.
While the MUAH was doing here hair and make-up, the bride had to hold the flowers. I got a beautifull perspective through the flowers.
I was waiting outside bride & groom’s suite for couple portraits when i saw these two parallel mirrors and I knew exactly what to do with the scenario. So i asked the them to be the source of reflection and it turned out great!
Captured at a recent Pre-Wedding shoot at Alnwick Gardens on a red hot day. It honestly looks like the south of France when it's a hot day. Loved this shoot and the couple were ace.
"It's little moments like these that make me believe in miracles."

Obviously, this was not the high point of the day for this lovely couple. Just as we were about to do the bridal shoot, their car broke down. But this is what can happen at a wedding and it's a part of their story. As soon as the bride started swinging the hammer, I knew that was a great opportunity to take some unique shots.
It seems like I have an eye for creativity, colours and awards! This simple moment of capturing Kalyana Tilakam in the series of bridal make up, plays with different shades of blue and red and a simple touch of fractals adds an extra dimension to it. After all, what's make up but making art with colours as well?
While we were traveling to the bridge for the photoshoot this lovely couple walked to the elevator. I was walking behind them and thought the lines and lighting were very nice here too. Then the groom picked up the train of the dress from the floor and that was just perfect!
An engagement session in the middle of the Gruyère mountains. A calm, peaceful place, just the bride and groom, their smile, their love and me!
Sometimes things are just the way they are. Our photographer Priscilla took this rustic, in between moment of Ruben and Marjolein at one of 3 venues during the Wedding Day photo shoot. This particular setting was a Skate Park, although this is hardly visible in this epic shot.
These pretty lovebirds were totally at ease in the frame. We always greatly enjoy it if our subjects don't have to put any effort in posing. The result is usually a terrific example of spontaneity.
