Seventy-Eighth Collection
one of 3 outfits for this wedding, the detail on the Indian ceremony was simply beautiful, using a 35mm and natural light as the bride adjusted her earing I though this top down angle would best show the level of detail she had gone to with her Henna and jewellery.
I took this photo at a wedding at Grendon Lakes in Northamptonshire and it was one of the last photos of the couple shoot by the lake. We had the perfect sky and I set the ISO to low and worked the shutter speed to achieve the silhouettes. Bride and groom just embraced each other in this beautiful moment which gives the image a hint of the silver screen, like it is a classic moment from 'Gone with the Wind'.
The beauty and wildness of Inchydoney, Co. Cork. The weather was so windy and wild that day - this couple just embraced it! Taken with a DJI Mavic Air2S drone.
Fly me to the moon... A sparkler shot with practically everyone from the wedding and a lovely way to end the day documenting a gorgeous big day!
This photo was made on one of the awkardest and funiest, well... the best wedding of this season! Why? Because of the people, the couple, their lovely-cute daughter and the guests. And secondly because an accident occured short after this photo, where her wedding got caught up in the chain of the bike. After I calmed down the bride, the choc transformed into endless laughter!
Great clouds in the sky and this hill made a perfect opportunity for some nice silhouettes! This couple walked on the hill and I waited for them to be between some high grass.
Nos encanta esperarar tras el objetivo de la cámara para pillar momentos asÃ. Las tres hermanas dandose el zapato y la madre llorando de emoción.
Laura and Andy's beautiful wedding day at Bowcliffe Hall in Yorkshire finished with a stunning golden sunset after a cloud filled day. Laura was game for climbing over a gate and into a field filled with sheep to get this photo just before the sunset and it was totally worth it!
This was one of those images that I knew I was going to create as soon as I arrived that morning. The composition just hit me within seconds of having a recce!
Wedding photography is my life’s passion. It is such a privilege to be invited to join couples for their special day and to capture precious moments in time such as this that otherwise would be lost forever. My work is all about finding those intimate moments. Nothing perfect, nothing fake...just timeless images of the special day.
Natalie and Jonathan wanted a very 'London' feel to their wedding pictures and I couldn't think of anything that said London quite like a red bus. All that was left was to think of a creative way to incorporate a bus into a shot.
This is what I came up with.
This was the last image of the day. We had been at the bottom of the hill to capture some beautiful backlit portraits. I asked the couple to simply head back to the car park with the groom leading the bride. I managed to capture this image which I love as it has great separation between the bride and groom showing their profiles clearly.
It was dawn and the sun was about to peep out in a few minutes. The beautiful bride looked out from the balcony to view the sunrise and her reflection was glazing through the glass.
Oh my goodness! This has to be one of the most beautiful churches I have ever been in. This was Hannah & David's special day back in September; the lighting was perfect and I was given the freedom to move around as much as I pleased and capture this gorgeous shot of the two of them in the most beautiful surroundings.
I really enjoyed photographing Chris and Charlotte's wedding day, not only do they make a great couple, but they were both keen to enjoy the bridal portrait session around the grounds of Knebworth House. It does make a huge difference when a couple are fully committed and engaged in the session. From my experience the more a couple steps out of their comfort zone and just has a laugh, enjoying these precious moments together, the better the images become. As you can see from the gallery below, Chris and Charlotte's positivity really shined, they fully enjoyed the day making the most out of every opportunity. Due to the busy wedding schedule we only had a limited amount of time for bridal portraits, but Knebworth House is so beautiful that I think we could have easily spent a few hours around the grounds!
This photo was taken on the way back from Ballycotton Pier in County Cork where I did couple wedding portraits.
I was so lucky to get a lift back in this beautiful Beauford Vintage Car.
Danielle & Kyle told me upfront they loved close intimate shots & I just loved this barn door which worked perfectly as a backdrop
A small fish "Harvey-Pacho the fighter", witness of the love of this couple, was the inspiration to try this complex photo. A flash, two small transparent strings and even the help of the mother-in-law was necessary for this shoot :)
Simple but effective shot, taken a few hours before sunset. One of the most amazing couples I've ever worked with, just so in love.
Keeping the schedule on a wedding day can be tricky sometimes when there is so many different impressions and emotions around the couple. Originally, it was planned to take some photos at sunset but there was so much happening that we just managed to get around five minutes of the last light bevor it got dark. After all the atmosphere was just perfect and everything went absolutely amazing.
Dan's big entrance at Brigalia's in New Jersey shooting a money gun. Dan and Josie's wedding. Brigalias 396 Williamstown Rd, Sicklerville, NJ 08081
I was watching a Netflix show last week in which a woman says how she doesn’t listen to her lover’s words, but to the tone. That way she can tell how close he’s feeling towards her.
I couldn’t understand Tina and Muhans words, but I could hear the sounds. Their whispers and giggles sounded as though they weren’t meant for anyone else.
The cutest couple to photograph, they married one year before, and found out that morning they are about to be parents. No joke, you couldn’t make it up.
I risk becoming sickly about them so I’ll hand over to someone else: They slipped briskly into an intimacy from which they never recovered. — F. Scott Fitzgerald.
It had rained the entire day. The couple didn’t have a single photo outdoors. As I was about to leave I ran the idea past the couple and they were up for it. The fire quickly went out so we had to be super fast
It was a wonderful evening in a superb location where the couple enjoyed a relaxed shooting.
It is not only the location but also the light and the intimacy that the pictures makes us feel romantic.
Sunset engagement shoot with Dan and Sam at Penshaw monument. Penshaw Monument is a memorial in the style of an ancient Greek temple on Penshaw Hill in the City of Sunderland, North East England.
We are so lucky to have the most awesome sunsets here in Paphos, Cyprus and on Melanie and Gal's wedding day it didn't disappoint, the shot was taken at the beautiful Elea Estate.
I like to change perspectives and always look for interesting objects and patterns in my surroundings to shoot through. Adding red gel to any image is my signature and this was a combination of both! This image was created in just a min and turned out to be one of my favourites!
A photograph is forever, a photograph can define the happiness of the moment, before the ceremony the bridesmaids and the bride's parents celebrate the big day, happy to be at that precise moment and to live together with the bride and groom one of their better days
The moment of going out before the wedding. Is always so special.
I figured out this width on arrival and asked the bride for one look. We got this????
