Seventy-Third Collection
A full supporting client, a perfect team but when the sunlight doesn't support you. There we chase the best in lights. It was almost 42'C, over the head sun and dedication got me this.
How many lovely ladies fit in a Mini? If you want your best friends at the party you have to put some effort in. No problem for this powerful bride. There's just one beautiful Mrs. who's got to take a walk to the wedding. Just a picture for fun, and it was absolutely such a funny moment.
She is Dominican and the one from the Philippines is a couple with two different cultures united by love. My main intention to capture that special love that they reflect when seeing each other. And turning black and white makes the image more tender and subtle.
The moment of truth, when the bride is ready to go to the ceremony, nerves, emotion, love, all in one, the authentic moment to enjoy the pleasure of photography in its purest form.
To remind themselves to enjoy every minute together, even if it is in silence, this lovely wedding couple paused and sat down at the serene riverside after their photoshoot. It was a beautifully bright and hot day, so the light works its magic and draws the attention of the couple amid this cinematic scene.
Early in the morning, I went to the bride the getting ready for this Dutch/Iran wedding. There was a lot of stuff in the living so I decided to use off-camera flash for this picture. She felt like $1.000.000 bucks!
Martine and Ryan's wedding was absolutely full of laughs from beginning to end. Even I was in stitches! This is the spot they were meant to say their vows to one another however the week before there were insane floods and the beautiful bank was washed away. Caffreys Flat, NSW.
Jess & Jason taking their first walk alone together as Husband and Wife. They got married at the Old Brook Barn in Essex and it was beautiful. Congratulations Jess & Jason.
Bij deze shoot viel alles prachtig om zijn plaats; Het ontzettend knappe bruidspaar, de prachtige kleding en de rustige kleuren van de omgeving.
This was such a fun pre-wedding shoot. Just me and the couple for miles. The sun was shining and we had a forest to ourselves. Such a fun couple.
Isn’t this straight out of a fairy tale? I love silhouettes and reflections, they own a hint of personality. All it took was a single back light, some string lights and a couple who are endlessly in love.
We got our couple Ankur and Akshata out from their wedding rituals, spotting some beautiful light, and this is the result you can see. This was a beautiful Maharashtrian wedding, we still have so many fond memories :)
This awesome couple choose a nice location with many plants and this colorful wall for our photoshoot. When I saw the strong contrast between the wall and the green plants I immediately knew I wanted to incorporate it in the shot :)
A great day with Caroline & Erwin. Sometimes things take time for all, and we accept that. Except for kids...When it takes to long you'll get tired and that makes a lovely picture :)
I love both sunset and silhouette, so when I saw this scene, I immediately thought of taking this picture. I had this couple (who are super nice) run a few times back and forth for me to get the best shot. Here it is! Thank you Wedisson for the award. I feel so honored.
One of the few sessions organized during an ongoing pandemic. The interiors of the beautiful palace encouraged people to take these photos. The historic staircase is undoubtedly one of the greatest attractions of this place.
Davos...The famous swiss ski resort is known in the entire world. It's where I and my couple spent time for a weekend. We enjoyed a styling shoot on the edge of the lake! Something different to create beautiful memories for the couple!
An engagement session as I like it! At the end of the session, a few minutes before drinking a small beer, the eyelash became magnificent! We were in an extraordinary place, at the edge of a mountain lake, the sky embellished this place even more and made this moment magical.
This was the first time ever that the bride got ready well ahead in time than the groom for their engagement ceremony. Using the opportunity, we made some amazing portraits of Sharvani, with this one being my absolute favorite :)
Rings as a sign of infinity always have a special meaning on the wedding day. This small and yet so important item simply deserves to be shown in the right light. I love the wedding photographer's ability to free up the time for a close inspection.
A moment of reflection! Couple's portraits at sunset always go down well. This image of Suzanne & James was the last before we headed back to the venue. I just love the relaxing, tranquil vibe of this image. Venue - Old Hall Ely.
Architecture can be so beautiful! We parked in a parking garage where this amazing staircase was...and this staircase looked great from both sides...so we had some fun here and took this 007 picture :)
Everything came together: a great couple, amazing weather, and a location with a unicorn in the background. Inistioge in County Kilkenny is a perfect backdrop for weddings.
Making this great picture with the window reflection of the car of the old wedding car of the Queen of the Netherlands. This was an amazing scene and we loved taking pictures with this couple.
Taking a shoot with the nice evening sun. This couple looks amazing together and the only thing they could do was smile at each other.
After a few clicks, I'm checking my camera to complete the next picture and sit down in the grass. When face up, the couple is gonna get the next expontaneous kiss and the little dogs come to me. As fast I can, take this beautiful image from Ablenid & Enmanuel. In El Naranjal Ecolodge a countryside place around Puerto Plata, Dominican Rep. Them was crazy about this image because it was totally natural and they were not expecting it.
Captured on a hilltop in Windermere, this little section of Wast Water was the perfect setting for this moment. Taken from a distance with loads of natural foreground light the couple became a natural silhouette. At the moment the wind caught the vale and the moment went from great to epic.
This couple had a city wedding in my own city, Delft. We did everything by bike this day! Normally the couple arrives by car at the city council, but Maaike and Guus made their entry by bike!
