Seventieth Collection
This was a spring wedding that had been cloudy all morning. Just as Olivia & Dermot went out on the jetty the sunbeams broke through and made this picture one of my favourite images of their day. Photograph was taken on Lough Allen, co Letrim.
We were afraid that we would not be able to do our sunset shooting because some heavy rain hit the wedding location right after the ceremony. But after patiently waiting the rain went away and we were blessed with a crazy, colorful sky to do some final couple portraits for the day.
I was lucky enough to be able to photograph this amazing couple who are two of my closest friends, in a beautiful setting in Lisbon. As their friend I was honored they asked me to capture their wedding day and as a wedding photographer, they just blew me away even more.
On my way to the church to marry the love of my life......Sometimes its good to get a different perspective of the Bride going down the Stairs
Bonfire night wedding at The South Causey Inn. The have LED lights everywhere which always looks great so I whipped some extra lights out my bag to help frame the couple beneath the tree. No flash here just ambient from the lights.
photo in which the birds create an arrow towards the couple as if to indicate the direction of the gaze of the viewer. I love having a lot of area on the heads, like in this case
D&R got married on the last day of the year .. 2020 a year different from other years... Despite all measures, this last day was one to remember!
Lisa and Ruben won our giveaway: a creative wedding shoot in Bruges. We did this wedding shoot on a busy street. We are ready to experiment again with some couples...
This image was a fast abstract capture, the shutter has been dragged as the brideโs vale was waving in the wind. This caused some fun optical illusions, catching the light and softening the vale as it moved. This was snapped outside the church as the bride arrived.
Sometimes simplicity is awesome. Love some good natural window light. The beautiful bride and the image make themselves. Captured at the South Causey Inn.
mostly the photo is landscape. but even if the spoai occupy a very small portion of the image, they are easily recognizable. chromatic corrections tending towards vintage
Driving back from the photo shoot, the evening sun broke through ... We had to take advantage of this moment! We took the first highway exit and made this photo. It was cold but this couple was on fire!
Due to the pandemic Covid-19, a lot of our weddings are canceled. But this one was the first of 2021. We were lucky to have such a beautiful snowy landscape. It's just like a fairy tale.
Captured at the end of an adventure shoot as the sun set on the edge of a cliff. This was a shot we built up to after all the fun stuff and it turned into a great trust exercise for the couple too!
Crazy, funny and a little bit different :) that's what I think when I look at this picture. Often I don't know what I want and during the posing moment, but with a little fun and craziness things come naturally.
Even on a rainy day, we try to make the best wedding images. We love this one with a typical Belgian background and the focus on the couple ...
What a great day! despite bad weather with a lot of rain, we took pictures differently than we had planned .. Sometimes rain only brings more creativity :)
