Wedding In Apulia.
Daniela and Vito's big day are one of the weddings I will never forget, their wedding was perfect in every way, the weather, the scene, the setup and much more. Both couples have such an upbeat great personality and they were willing to do everything I tell them to.
The rain wasn't in the forecast for this destination wedding but when the clouds started to roll in after the ceremony it almost seemed like we were going to get rained out. We stuck it out though and did what any person at their wedding day should do...enjoy the moment and use it to tell the story no matter if it started raining or not everything is going to be amazing and fun as long as you have that attitude to go with it! The clouds wanted to mix but they were almost like oil and balsamic vinegar just staying completely separate showing the difference in clouds and weather all in one shot. It was amazing to capture in real-time and in the end it didn't rain! Lucky us!
Elodie and Dean got married this summer and they wanted something special to remember this beautiful day. This is why we headed to the moors to create a stunning session at sunset. Even if it was a cloudy day, we still had an amazing light (and extraordinary moments to remember!).
A couple in love wanting to turn their lives into a true fairy tale. Aleix & Laura hired us 3 years before their wedding day with the intention of ensuring the best result and deciding where to end the post-wedding. This is the result, where the force that the newlyweds give off is stronger than the rocks that welcome them.
On a warm but cloudy day in the summer of 2019, we did a Rock-the-Dress photo shoot with Ellen and Mark to honor their one year wedding anniversary. At one of the greatest photographic spots of our hometown Amersfoort - De Wagenwerkplaats- there's overwhelming and interesting scenery every 10 yards you walk. For this picture Mark and Ellen stepped up on a pile of debris and did what we think they do best; enjoy their deep love and profound friendship with a proper kiss. When a good breeze got a hold on Ellen's veil to top it all off, this picture was the result. We're very proud of this second Wedisson of 2019.
This was one of those lucky 'moments' when the mixture of poor venue lighting, wide space, and a genuine lovely closeness between the bride Justine, and her father, just before he walked her down the aisle, all just came together and I was fortunate enough to capture it.
As soon as I made this photo I knew I would absolutely love it! The light was amazing that day and the couple very much in love. Both black&white as in color this photo is so beautiful. I took this photo during the morning photo session in the forest.
This shot was taken at THE WESTIN TURTLE BAY HOTEL MAURITIUS. The love between this lovely couple Varun & Ania is beautifully reflected everywhere. The idea was to have a more gradient reflection rather than a compact one. The natural reaction of the couple also made it the perfect shot.
This was Liv & Matt's second lot of confetti having chosen to run the gauntlet again at the start of their evening reception at First Option Location Studio in Hackney, London. Matt is experiencing the downside to the combination of a big, open-mouthed smile, and light and floaty biodegradable confetti.
It was a great experience to photograph my first destination wedding on Oahu, Hawaii, with this lovely couple. Ahead of the wedding I searched in the web for good locations and found this awesome, huge banyan tree in a regional park, 20 minutes far away from their venue. The aspiring roots give perfect imagery for their marital happiness.
Because Venice is a city that lives non-stop, we decided to go for photos at night. There were very few tourists and we had the time and the opportunity to experiment with additional lighting. Two days later, a wave of water flooded Venice. We were lucky.
Lost in the middle of the Schwarzsee Lake deck, those two are the beloved moments of a legendary story. Running far away from their families, they disappear in the swiss mountains. Some say that sometimes in the falling wind, we are able to hear them laughing...
These two lovebirds got married in Canada. When home in Holland, they booked a lovely after wedding shoot on the Beach to celebrate their love. At this moment they are waiting for their guests to arrive, watching the most beautiful sunset. Their daughter is in the background
We were lost in the moment! Under the shelter of those green gigantic trees, we were having a warm and soothing feel. There was a clear sky on that day. Everything was looking so perfect under the sky that we just laid in the middle of the road and was thinking about, the world we are going to make together. We were having that feeling of now sky is the limit for us. We were looking in the sky, for those chirping birds and this beautiful picture has been captured by the photographer with his art.
After a furious walkthrough Tarifa we found this wonderful spot on top of a little house. The owner of the house was sitting in his backyard and didn't know, what happens on his roof. Ines wanted that picture so that she climbed up at first and said 'That's the spot I was looking for!'. Dany and I followed her to take that grandiose picture.
