One Hundred-Second Collection
Late summer always brings wonderful light and sunsets, particularly over the fields at The Old Hall Ely.
This old farm house in the Netherlands with its authentic features is the perfect back drop for this warm silhouette.
This has been such an emotional roller coaster. Two families bondig together bi marriage and you don't have to ask if the girl is happy. She is so grateful and happy with her new 'mom'.
Keeley & Sean got married at the delightful Brinsop Court Hereford. My first time at this venue. It certainly delivers on the the numerous locations to shoot your couple. Perfect setting for a perfect day!
A few weeks before the wedding off F&E we did a nice pre wedding shoot in the area where we would also make the wedding reportage during the wedding. On the way back to the car I noticed this beautiful corner. This building is an old watermill in the village of Hout-Blerick in the city of Venlo. Everyone in the area knows this building. Because the bridal couple also live in this village, it was a great opportunity to photograph this building in a different light. Mission accomplished!
Autumn is upon us, I love the atmosphere the autumn conditions create with backlit flash. This was the last shot of the day, I aimed to compose the couple in-between the trees and I'm pretty happy how it turned out. Wood Hall Spa.
We decided to get really wide for this 'shooting into the light' golden hour shot, using trees to frame
sunset in Santorini is always magical but on top of an old church it was the perfect finish to this pre wedding shoot.
Took this shot as the couple wanted a WoW shot. We walk down to Ely Cathedral and got this image with on one around the grounds. What a priceless moment to capture!
This photo is taken at the zoo where this couple got married. The lines in the photo and the brown panda in the background brings everything together.
Set against this majestic waterfall cascading in style. The gusty wind, water drizzling, the frame was a stunner by itself. I knew the couple had to be part of this ethereal beauty.
Mauritius being a melting pot of cultures
The tea plantation originally comes from Sri Lanka. It was the brideโs childhood and she moving to a new life that was depicted on this picture.
This shot was taken in July on a beach in West Cork, Ireland. We were just finishing up the location shoot when I noticed this unusual wall. I posed the couple off centre and positioned them so that they didn't overlap the holes in the wall.
Our third stop for this wedding was the Mariahoeve in Putten in the Netherlands, it's a museum farm, camping but also a wedding location. After the bridal shoot where we shot beautiful pictures I had to hurry because Hester and Rick were on their way too.
I love this pictures because of the coolest car ever and the beautiful smiling faces of the bride and groom. The moment they entered everybody began to clap. It's just a great spontaneous moment which makes me very happy and puts me back right into that moment.
What a great shooting during the golden hour with Denis and Jenny. We attended their wedding in September. Many tears, many feelings and many special moments accompanied this day.
This couple came all the way from the States to visit our beautiful country to have some after wedding pics done. Fun factor, they have also dogs at home and these dogs on the pic are from strangers, which borrowed us the dogs for the shot ;-)
As the groom is a fireman, the use of a firebomb was perfectly fitting for a last photo with a bang.
