Sixty-Sixth Collection
Sunny days in Ireland are a treasure! We took a moment for some shots which showed the beautiful grounds of The Haven Hotel Dunmore East, Co. Waterford where this couple got married. To emphasize the blue skies I used a mirror to give the image a little bit of creative touch.
We made this shot in the forests of the Rheederoord estate. We took cover under these very special Sequoia trees because it was drizzling a bit. So we gave Brenda and Laurence a little moment for themselves.
In July, we went to Italy with our Belgian couple C + S. We were looking to shoot in a perfect location and Carrara was really breathtaking...
Covid-19...The new measures make the creativity go up. This couple celebrated the beginning of the day, by drinking a corona. Everything looks beautiful and perfect...but this year our bridal couples had to endure a lot too!
In the rolling hills of Tuscany late into the day, I noticed the hallway of the villa created an interesting foreground as partially silhouetted guests moved around in the background. After a short walk around the grounds, this seemed like the perfect place to let the couple chill for a final photo.
Captured in the shores of Gili Trawangan, Indonesia, this silhouette snap depicts the joy of love prevailing between the couple Sowparnika & Ramki. They chose JOY on that day and keep choosing the same every day!!!
A beautiful wedding in Thalwil Zurich Switzerland, a fantastic compromise of sunset light, certain moments come out of nowhere and turn into wonderful images.
The storm was over the sea and gave us a beautiful sky. A wonderful Pasiphae sculpture is standing at the end of the breakwater ready to receive the groom that wanted to be in the cow's belly. Suddenly the magic happens when all three heads get aligned and the shooting angle gives majesty to it -helped by some sun rays and my flashes. This and all my wedding images would not be possible without the help and soul of my wife Eulร lia, the other photographer half of Mirall de Llum.
As soon as I saw the ring light, and the makeup artist wearing all black, I knew what I wanted to do. I shut the curtains and turned off the lights in the room. This set the mood for the ring light to be the only light. The rest of the magic was all the bride and some very fortunate lens flare.
This Photography was born from the desire to discover, the desire to excite, the taste for capturing, three concepts that sum up the art of photography.
Created using two lights stacked plus some atmosphere aerosol to add in some 'atmosphere' - used CTO gels in order to turn the sky bluer.
It was great weather when I went with this cute couple to the border of the river Rhine in Cologne. I love the light mood in combination with the dreaming couple.
This was just before this couple went downstairs to walk into the big hall with all their friends and family for the ceremony. This place had beautiful chandeliers which warm light contrasted nicely with the cooler natural light which fell on the couple.
The old town of Vlissingen, beautifull small city on the coast of Holland. This old hallway towards the harbour was the setting for our couple and the sunlight a perfect companion for our pictures there.
I always try to get something special out of my photos...with this overexposed sky behind R&M it looked like they were in a photo studio...

One day at the end of summer, we saw a wonderful sunset at the end of a long shoot. I didn't use the flash because I wanted to express it naturally.

Love this photo taken from my Mavic Air 2 drone during an adventure wedding in the Lake District. Derwentwater behind and the fells. Superb!
