Fifteenth Collection
The bride is model/actor Anna Elizabeth Truett, & the groom is model/actor Andy BC Johnson, taken in St. Louis, Missouri. We had planned on taking photographs outside for this model session, but it was pouring rain, however, these two were up for the challenge! We braved the rain together and were able to get some amazing shots! This Trolley happened to be parked nearby and allowed us to use it for few photos which turned out to be a lot of fun! Great chemistry is the reason for this photo because Anna & Andy just had a great time together despite the weather not being perfect! Thank you for allowing me to capture this moment, it was a pleasure working with your both!
The perfect combination of a couple who comes across any challenge to get a cool photo. In this case, the challenge was COLD. In the city of Canela in the Rio Grande do Sul was where we spent the cold. A quiet town full of tourists in the Gaucha mountain range. It was near midnight after a day of a very productive test when asked to go to the city center to a night photographic essay. Despite the intense cold, the pictures were too. The Cathedral, one of the most beautiful of Brazil, was the scene of another picture amazing. The test of this couple was too close and with a golden key with the photos in the illuminated cathedral.
Some photos are born spontaneous, natural, as the sun of this magnificent and romantic Tuscan sunset. Laura and Adriano had to do only this... a look... a kiss with the eyes...
The bride as a tennis player. Also,The groom was like playing tennis. I think they both deserve to have wedding photos at the tennis courts as a souvenir. Of course, it needs to create something that is unique to the image. Using tennis balls make as the rain falls. It would seem strange and attractive, not less.
Emma & Nico had a beautiful wedding in Switzerland. The sunset that day amazing and painted the scenery in a unique way. I was inspired by the beauty of this Golf course, surrounded by beautiful pines and trees and the very characteristic colors from this beautiful country. We had lots of fun during this 30 minute portrait session during their wedding day and the sun helped us create some incredible imagery!
While photographing a wedding in Positano, Italy I was walking along the beach looking for the perfect place to get a wide angle shot. I wanted to showcase the beauty surrounding us, but I was looking for something special to make the photo a little more unique. Across the beach, I came across a cliff with beautiful flaming lanterns that were hanging from the side of it. I told the couple to remain on the beach as I climbed the side of the wall to get my shot. It was exactly what I wanted.
In southern Spain, they are a very hot day, so the couple decided to marry late in the afternoon This photo was taken at dusk in an abandoned house near the celebration. The sun coming through the window creating this beautiful atmosphere of warmth and tranquility while… I like natural light only have so much charm this photo.
The photo was taken in Kiev. There was a cold October day. Beautiful young couple walking in the field. A landscape and cloudy weather have made the unusual atmosphere of the photo.
When the special forces commando Sakher met his beautiful half Fozah 3 years ago, Her soft whispers became his command, her brightly glimmering eyes, his map and compass, and her heart, his home and country, which he has vowed to protect with his every heartbeat, and every last breath.
PaÃs Vasco (Basque Country) (Spain) Water, mountain, sea, clouds, and there they are, standing under the wooden structure, in love with each other since the first day. I love these moments where, they are the only attention when you look at the picture. The end of a post-wedding, we enjoyed ourselves like kids, and made this day a special moment to remember forever.
This wedding was amazing! This couple love to travel, and because the bride has lived in Canada for 4 years, she chose for a Canadian wedding. Ofcourse with 4 bridesmaids. In the morning, when all the girls where preparing for this big day, de bride said she wanted a photo with all girls jumping on the bed. A great, happy moment!
Meet Michelle and Matt!! This sweet, shy and fun-loving couple had their spring engagement session at two places that they hold near and dear to their hearts - Michelle's grandparent's beautiful estate in Waynesville, North Carolina and at the couple's newly purchased property nearby! They say Home is Where the Heart Is and this couple has plenty of heart! Let the building begin.
This was one of the last photos we captured on our trip out to Dewees Island. This incredible boardwalk leads out to a completely private, natural beach. Old rotten boards had just been replaced with brand new planks, giving us a great pattern leading up to Caroline and Dustin standing in the opening of the tree tunnel.
We paralyzed this hotel for five minutes. I was worried that guests would not take it too kindly but they were actually amused by the show. And the wedding party had a lot of fun.
This image was taken at Hayne Barn in Kent. After what was an absolutely amazing wedding, I took the bride and groom off to do their portrait photos. The weather that day was very overcast and no one saw an ounce of sunlight all day. Just as we was coming to the end of our portraits the evening light was starting to fade very quickly, there was a slight break in the clouds and I knew it would make for one last dramatic portrait.
This photograph was taken on a scenic plateau Mangup Kale. Newlyweds Michael and Tatiana are high in the mountains, couple in love looking at the endless sky ... They seem to give a boost to their feelings for each other and hover over all the world.
Aloysia and Jason wanted a Derbyshire engagement shoot and where better than the Peak District. Curbar Edge is simply beautiful, even in the rain! Yes, as it normally does in Derbyshire, it rained. None the less, this didn’t stop Aloysia or Jason, their warmth, love and character shone through. As I drove to Curbar Edge, I was a little worried it would be a waste of a journey and that the rain would win…. However, what I didn’t mention is that Aloysia is my cousin. We have known each other for 34 years (there are only a few weeks between us) and I know her, as well as she knows me. We are both very competitive and won't accepts ‘no’. So, a little bit of rain was never going to stop neither of us. Aloysia and Jason are having a tipi wedding in the middle of July – let's hope for better weather. It's going to be an awesome event with award winning chef’s, cooking continuously throughout the day….! and if you didn’t know, I love food. Thanks for being ace guys – I CANNOT wait until the big day! You guys ROCK!
This image was taken on the same day of the wedding. Tania and Elroy were really sweet and an amazing couple I’ve come across. The timing happened o be posted sunset. Location-The Sultan Battery watch tower constructed in 1784 by Emperor Tipu Sultan. It was also a naval station and was of great importance to the ruler as he used it to intercept enemy warships and prevent them from docking.
This photo was shot in central Hong Kong. The intention of this photo was meant to tell the newly-weds that life as a journey, it has detours, turning up and down but it is important to take each step at a time. That’s the truth behind marriage and eventually, it will reach to the top, a better life. I hope their story of life will portray it to their ideal.
Brooklyn can prove a challenging locale when shooting a wedding. There's plenty of rust and graffiti on its old structures. But when the light hits just right, those elements come alive with classic beauty. The city looks young again, and the search for a timeless capture is rewarded.
When I was booked to photograph Francesca and Julian’s wedding I knew it would be special and so it was. They hired a boat to held their reception in the River Thames, London and it was by the houses of parliament while their singer was singing a love song, that I was able to capture such a moving moment between the couple. Moments like this do not come very often and I was so glad I was there to capture it.
This image was captured underneath a bridge spanning the Swan River in Perth. Our couple wanted a shot across the river showing the city skyline. Whilst we were there we kept looking at the strong lines of the underneath part of the bridge. So, we lay on the floor to see if it would work. It did, so we got our bride and groom up on the concrete wall at the river’s edge. We waited for the wind to come and ruffle the layers of her amazing, couture wedding gown and her veil and create this shot. We just love it. Our bride wanted images fit for a magazine; and that is what we gave her. We are very proud of the fact that all our wedding images submitted in competitions are of real brides and grooms on their actual wedding day.
When I knew that this beautiful and lovely couple gonna get married at this lovely location, there was one particular shot I really want to make. Right after there first dance together I took them to a separate room of this beautiful location.
And took this shot. Passion. Love and a little bit technique and you get this result.
Exactly what I got in my mind. Proud to be picked by Wedisson! Thanks!
This photo was taken on the Euromast in Rotterdam and I think this is one of my favorites so far. After a lovely day with a small group of people, the couple and I went to the platform for their evening photo shoot. The wind was blowing pretty hard but in between we found the perfect moment for this shot, if you look carefully in the background you can see the Erasmus Bridge. We stayed a while on the platform until the sun went down and we could only see the Rotterdam city lights, the bride said it was like a dream came true. To experience the last moments of their wedding day with them together was amazing!

When Lori & Garnett booked me for their destination wedding in Las Vegas, I was so excited! I still think Las Vegas is one of the most diversely beautiful locations for a wedding and we had so much fun on their wedding day visiting the red rocks and some of the most gorgeous hotels on the strip for their photos! It was towards the end of the day and it was extremely hot so we were happy to seek some shade in the gorgeous Paris hotel on the main Vegas strip. I spotted this one corner where the sun was shining through gloriously so we took advantage and got this amazing image! It was an fantastic end to our photo session!
Sandalford Winery in the Swan Valley of Western Australia, provided an absolutely flawless backdrop for the Wedding of Robbie and Jade. With the setting sun, flaring through the vines and high grass, the scene was set for this breathtaking photo of such a stunning couple.
The entire shoot it seemed as if the sun wouldn't come out because it had been a bit rainy. I was using off camera flash as a sort of fake sun to give a dramatic feel to the images. Suddenly the clouds broke and the beautiful orange color spilled across the dark blue sky. I pointed the flash straight at the couple and ran up the hill to capture this image as a perfect ending to our long day of shooting.
