Twenty-Seventh Collection
Here, the guys decided to move away from the traditional cake. It was very fun and unexpected, because no one had planned that everything would turn out like this.
The soon to be groom is stationed out of the country for most of the year so trying to coordinate this engagement session was tough due to the time he was here state side. We planned on originally doing the session in Washington D.C but due to some plans the groom had made in NYC that weekend we could not reschedule so I decided to travel to NYC and make sure they were taken care of no matter what! Plans change all the time in this industry but we ended up with amazing photos and I was blessed to be a part of their NYC engagement!
Melissa and Boo love taking walks in the park, riding bikes together and spending time with friends. They made many new friends on this fun day in the park and the city as they strolled along the Beltline in Atlanta. Seen is this image, they even got the chance to rescue each other from grave danger! We feel certain these two will be able to weather any storm that comes their way!
Madly in love, the newlyweds Nikita and Alena. This shot is filmed in one of the most beautiful places in Ukraine. Holding hands, lovers are ready to flee to meet a fresh wind! They are happy!
My first wedding of the year was documenting the wedding of Ushma & Dasal at the gorgeous Woburn Abbey Sculpture Gallery in the UK. As we reached the end of their portraits the sun was starting to dip behind the abbey and I noticed this amazing opportunity to create a flare. No photoshopping was use in creating this image, just a Canon 1Dx and 24-70mm :)
As a photographer and a romantic, I am always looking for organic moments like these: A gorgeous bride on her wedding day steps out back with her father and two brothers to enjoy a celebratory cigar. I just love when class collides with badass!
I met this couple at a wedding fair and was thrilled when they booked me for their loveshoot and wedding in september. A stunning couple of which this picture is one of the loveshoot I took recently on a amazing venue.
Their love is so pure, I simply adore this series.
The moment i saw the sun coming over the roof putting a beautiful lensflare just in the middle where the bride and groom where standing closely in this beautiful environment, i knew this would be an amazing shot with this early morning light, the sun at the right place and this beautiful couple.
I just had to play with the right position to catch the best flare. Moments like this make my job as weddingphotographer awesome! The adrenaline and joy i feel in such a situation trying to catch the best shot... Just love it!
The groom wanted the drive a final round before he arrived on the wedding location. My first idea was to come in front of the car to shoot the car, the driver and the groom when they left. When he was leaving the parking place, he waved to one of his friends and that was the moment I have taken this shot.
"Sunset Love"
A perfect sunset moment captured in old construction building at jumeirah beach Dubai ( U.A.E ).
Thank you team WEDISSON for one more award in my list.
I had a wishlist about places I wanted to have a photoshoot with a beautiful couple. This was one of them. In the heart of The Netherlands, Radio Kootwijk, stands a massive building. The light is fantastic, the floor is amaing...
My wishlist has shrinked!
When we are together, it always feels like the sun is shining upon us. Not even a wall or rain on our wedding day can stop us from being happy and loving each other.
Samantha & Danny
This photo is taken on al little land in the river Rhine. The sun set was clear and warm and so it was easy to catch the romantic moment.
This photo was taken at a very small and intimate wedding. The venue is also a private home I wanted something dramatic and dynamic for the couple. Used a magsphere on camera left (non-gelled) to light the couple
While taking a romantic walk through a park in London with this gorgeous bride and groom, I saw an opportunity to capture their love amidst these beautidul tulips. I wanted to photograph them in a way that would present them as part of the flower garden.
Amazing and spontaneous couple on a bright sunny day at Castle Wijenburg (Netherlands). Those moments right after the ceremony are spectacular
A beautiful moment high on The Peak in Hong Kong with Sharon & Lee. It had everything - wind, great light, great connection and it worked great in black & white.
The north shores of Lake Superior are dramatic and breathtaking, constantly showing its' power and beauty. So when the opportunity came to capture this wedding I was excited at the challenge.
I saw a rock formation jettisoning out from the shoreline and given the wind that was churning up the waters, knew this was the spot for something amazing. I had the couple carefully place themselves as close to the action as possible without putting themselves in too much danger. They knew they would get wet but were excited to hopefully capture the photo I hoped to take.
I told them that once in place, they needed to hold their pose until I said so as I needed just the right wave sequence to come in. After much patience on their part, the perfect wave hit and this was the result.
I belive in Pictures That Have A meaning.
This Picture is one of my favourite picture, of the Cute Couple!
The location is locally captured With the Kids Of love and god Blessing.
It Was An Really Great Experience With Them all. Completely Unique!
A perfect moment with perfect light. The bride & groom were strolling to our intended location for their portraits when this photo was taken.
This couple was the best. Even though we didn't have a lot of time in between the ceremony and reception, and the rain was starting to come down, we made it work. So I asked the father of the bride to park his car in the middle of the street. I love the texture and the light bouncing off the cobblestone street with a slight view of the rain coming down.
Rachel & Elliott got married in a sea-side town in England, the entire day was beautiful, but on our way to the beach to take some couple portraits, we went by this stunning cornfield and couldn't resist.
To be honest this wedding was stunning from start to finish, the couple, the family, the friends, the venue and the weather!!
70% of the guests and the bride and groom had all travelled from Germany to celebrate their day in Lancashire UK.
I captured some awesome memories for this couple but the chandelier shot stole the show (in my opinion), when your venue has this kind of beautiful lighting it would have been criminal to not use it.
During the wedding we could not make many photos of a couple, so we decided to stay one more day in the Monasterio de Piedra, place of celebration of the wedding, to make some photos to the couple. It was a very complicated photo because we are inside a waterfall and the conditions were very bad. My assistant had to light me and for that we had to communicate by mobile phone because the cave is so dark that you can not see anything. The results were worth it.
These two were married at Ft. Jefferson in the Dry Tortugas National Park in an intimate ceremony involving only their officiant, their moms and me, their photographer. Immediately following the ceremony, which was held on the second level of the fort looking out at the ocean, the couple walked away for a few minutes to themselves and that is when I saw this beautiful moment unfolding between them.
The day of the shoot started off with all possible errors ... my assistant had forgotten to charge the spare batteries, second shooter's car broke down and wasn't reachable ..suddenly the weather turned cloudy ..and on top of that memory card wasn't getting detected by my camera.
Just blaming my luck,I stepped into the Bride's room and there it was ..most wonderful serene room I have ever been to and with a sigh of relief I started taking pictures excitedly. To add more good vibes ..the bride was one of the most patient persons I had met who was very supportive of my ideas and gave me ample time to try different compositions calmly.
Thus my day of errors ended up as the most perfect day where everything fell in right place and right time. Forever grateful for the family to trust me on recording their memories on their most important day of their lives.
We were shooting the pre wedding shoot of Aishwarya & Smit in Dubai so we thought to shoot in desert of Dubai and we got to click the picture of their engagement ring so we thought why to shot always same frame so we clicked this frame in DUBAI.
This photograph was shot during a pre-wedding shoot in Madurai (India).
With Maggrid lighting the couple and the lanterns adding to the effect, it
was the perfect moment to seal a kiss.
