Forty-Fourth Collection
I love the story behind this image. I was working as a second shooter with my fried Clare Jennings and we planned for Clare to go the other side of the door and for me to stay behind the bride, Natalie. The reaction from her father was a huge bonus and proved the worth again of having a second photographer at a wedding. We always say between us that it doesnโt matter who gets the image as long as one of us does for her couples. There were so many nice moments through the summer working with Clare but this one is one of my favourites.
It was a great ceremony. The bride was so happy on that day and when the moment came to put on the wedding ring, she could not put it on. Everyone started laughing at the whole situation. I had only a moment to capture this moment.
It was absolutely pouring with the rain on the day these two got married. They had hired a vintage red bus to the guests to and from the church. How could I possibly miss the opportunity to get some bride and groom photos on there?!
#RaveWithNikki was their hashtag!
We had the beach! We had the sunset!!
I think this picture (straight out of the camera) justifies them all!
Bride to be and her daughter cuddling up and admiring mom's dress! This moment is a once and a lifetime moment. This photo says it all.
This bride's stunning blue eyes just had to be the highlight of this capture, taken during a Sikh Anand Karaj Ceremony earlier this year.
A newly wed couple in Oirschot in The Netherlands. The family and friends threw confetti at the freshly married couple and the bride is loving it.
โWhilst wrapping up Juni and Emma's couple shoot at the hotel they were getting ready, I started their epic royal themed reception night off with the couple's favorite signature pose. The bride loves the Dab and somehow convinced the groom to do it along with herโ.
I always loved the unexpected shots, take this picture for example, it was taken on the way back home, from a long day shoot.
The colours in the frame when Vriti (the bride) was getting ready for her big day were overwhelming. Decoration lights in the background served as a perfect bokeh to complement the hues in Vriti's dress and jewellery.
A magia de parar o tempo! Parque Engenhoca, em Fortaleza, Cearรก. Fim de tarde, quase 18h, luz natural. Canon 1DxMkII + Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM.
Kunal the Groom being a Non- Resident Indian from America, got married on 21st November 2018.
The wedding was celebrated on the beautiful destination of Shimla.
โ And then time stopped for a while โ.
I always have a habit of making my work filmy, this picture is also one of them. It was a pretty good picture when we took the first shot but the after making a splash - well it brought me the award I was waiting since years.
Severine & Gregory knew each other for years. After difficulties they got divorced, then children and true love have united them once again. Lavender fields of the south of France welcome us for a short and beautiful moment.
First of all, it was during the dressing of the bride in the dressing room. On the other side, the photographer's assistant team is storing the stuff in that room. When moving the large mirror to the other corner of the room. The rhythm is a reflection of the look. So I hurried to take a photo immediately.
One of my fave's from this wedding I second shot with another photographer, thank you. The dance floor was crazy all night and the colours were amazing.
This picture shot at Dubai, the place that excites you, fascinates you in the most brilliant ways! This picture was a perfect blend of the vision of the photographer and the efforts of our lovely couple Himanshu & Shruti and the beauty of the droplets.
Amazing trees at a gorgeous venue these oak trees are the perfect setting for this image, the love this couple has is just amazing!
Captured at Redworth Hall Hotel. Vicky and Chris were great! They popped outside for about 5 minutes to create some sneak out photos and this was just one of them. I love the silhouette look framed by the doorway. A red gelled flash was placed behind them.
This amazing bulldog (called Yoda) was so curious that he wanted to get as close to the lens as possible. Taken at 16mm, about 10 centimeters away from his nose :)
As soon as I stepped into this bridal suite, I knew I would take a picture like this. I turned off all the lights in the room and had my bride stand in front of the window. The bridesmaids and the family didn't know what I was doing. They kept asking why I turned off the lights and kept the room so dark. But when they saw the back of my camera, they all agreed with my decision on this one!
A stunning couple photographed in black and white.
This photos shot at the coast near the harbor in The Hague in The Netherlands.
