Thirtieth Collection
This was one of the most unique weddings I have ever shot. Their ceremony was held on the beach, with a traditional Korean ceremony (as the bride was from Korea). The groom, from Poland, also wanted his heritage incorporated, so the did a traditional Polish reception. Between the two events, The bride and groom changed into traditional wedding attire for formal portraits. We took some basic shots by the water and light house. Then we went over to the area where fishing boats come in. This hall is actually connecting a boat dock, to the area the fish are cut. It was less than ideal, and had quite a smell. Not really an area photographers would bring their bride and groom, but I knew the moment I seen this spot, I had to utilize it- with this end result in mind.
Picking a great wedding venue with an on site lake is what creates that eye lid flutter. Having arrived at the location by golf cart, the opportunity to create this image came with its challenges, chopping through dense bushes and squelching mud (not that dramatic). Once in position, the array of poses had to be thrown via hand signals hoping the bride and groom would understand, in this case they did and became a photo Iโve loved ever since. Thanks to the Bride and Groom for picking the perfect setting.
Beautiful wedding couple in beautiful Gbelany mansion. The bridegroom brought a bride to a place on a beautiful vintage car. We shot a lot of photos together because it is a pleasure to shoot an in love couple.
What lovely friends this bride has! 3 best friends helped the bride prepare for her big day. The girls paid attention to every detail and took such good care of her. A lot of laughs and a single tear made this a moment to cherish forever!
In a classic "decisive moment", this photograph starkly captures two stages of life and love...the young couple, safe and warm, joyous on their wedding day, contrasted with the elderly couple caught outside braving the elements on, what is to them, a very gray day. Huddled under an umbrella, they catch a glimpse of who they were and together we think about the journey they have experienced and the journey the young couple is about to begin.
Christine and Markus
Such a lovely couple. I got to accompany them as a photographer for their wedding in August 2017, which is where this photo was taken. They got married in an old abbey with a non-confessional wedding ceremony, held by an Australian orator. The maid of honour translated it into German for the guests. They had everything arranged with so much love for detail, and Tine & Markus were such affectionate people. As hosts as well as with each other. What would our photos be without the souls of those we portray in them?
We were almost finished with the wedding shots when I discovered the vault. It started off as an experiment, but turned out to be one of my absolute favourite pictures. I admit that regarding the flashlight I do trust my guts rather than rely on skill. And in this particular case, it seems that it was just perfect to do so.
Thank you wedisson.com for this award. I am honoured and incredibly proud.
With larger bridal parties, I enjoy getting creative and coming up with new ways to shoot the group shot, something other than everyone all stood in a line! Here is the stunning Fiona with her beautiful bridesmaids at Bodelwyddan Castle in North Wales, UK.
After shooting with this lovely couple for almost an hour, I still wasnยดt quite happy with the frames I had. There was a tired child on set and I was getting a bit frustrated too.
Turned out the groom had access to this amazing old train station nearby. I encouraged their child to kick some dust in the air and the light of the evening sun was just right. This was one of the last frames I shot that amazing evening.
12 Years of Love came into reality! 12 years of tears up and downs challenges what our couple, Usha and Subesh have faced, came to an end on their wedding day! Freedom forever!
I love the way they are there for euch other with respect & humbleness, the real love and a big dream came a true.
Photo Shoot was very spontaneous after their Temple wedding on their way to home at the sea with seabirds, the way they run towards them just is just the meaning of freedom like the seabirds, freedom for their life forever.
Even though the rain came pouring down, this amazing couple didn't let it dampen their day. We dashed out from the marquee in their parents Cambridge garden to capture a loving moment of adoring love between them. Congratulations Harriet & Chris
I have exactly 2 or 3 mn to make this photo : it was just a little shower which stop as she begin during golden hour. The sun was on the perfect place, my bride run to it as she loves the light and atmosphere provides by that. Lucky to have so great couple who love beauty as we do.
The bride and groom arriving in a convertible at the wedding venue. I started to semi-run behind the car because I felt something special could happen. That's when the mother of the bride held out her hand. Loving it!
Franz and Eleanor are an elegant couple from Odessa. Their wedding day was carefully organized and everything was thought through to the last detail. I remember very well that the newlyweds were very happy and carefree. Nothing prevented them from enjoying the best day of their lives!
Two awards with these guys! We talked about going into some of the local scenery on their wedding day in advance, and as we climbed up to a rocky peak this wonderful and very natural moment occurred.
Charlottes bridal boudoir shoot was one of my favorites! Sheโs so adventurous! We went to a secluded location in Key Kargo at sunrise to capture these special photos for her.
we asked them to enjoy with each other and take a walk together & randomly we captured the picture. random clicks are

I had the most wonderful day with Lauren and Andy, in a busy hotel room packed with bridesmaids, a makeup artist and a few others Lauren was relaxed and being made up. Great window light and a little bokeh from a makeup brush made a simple but lovely frame.
Chelsea & Preston are just a blast to be around! Their wedding from beginning to end was simply a joy to capture! I love my job! I gain lifelong friends with every wedding and am so blessed to celebrate these amazing moments with each of them!
In the picture, the beautiful, majestic bride Daria. She lovingly waits for her fiance in the heart. This exciting day will be for the young beginning of a new family life.
I am just a big kid and I love to laugh. My kids say Iโm all about having fun. This helps to make engagement shoots lighthearted. We ran through this avacodo orchard with sparklers just being silly and I captured this adorable moment.
A merry morning of the bride of Dasha - to match the whole wedding! On this day there was a lot of fun, rock'n'roll and drive. The wedding day of Harry and Dasha was unforgettable.
