Hello 👋🏼 I’m Helen… Anyone who knows me (and has been fortunate enough to receive one of my podcast voice notes), will know that I adore storytelling – and there’s nothing I like more than visually capturing life’s most precious moments. How special it is to freeze time for people to look back on years to come. 🥹 I’ve worked in marketing for the last decade and am a freelance Creative Director. Outside of that, I fell completely head over heels for wedding photography and can’t believe I’m living this dream. 🫶🏻 I’ve been so fortunate to work alongside, and learn from one of the very best in the industry, and as well as shooting weddings in the UK, I’ve also had the opportunity to shoot destination weddings (inc. Pim lives in Nunspeet, in the middle of the Netherlands. Besides working as a wedding photographer, he works as a personal trainer. He loves bootcamp, trailrunning and mountainbiking. Pim is married to Miriam and together they run PiMAGE.

I started in photography 36+ years ago, using film, at the age of 16. At 19 I documented my first wedding with my father, who used to be a wedding photographer for living when I was a small child. He taught me all the basics of photography, all that I needed to know. Still gratefull for that knowledge that he passed on to me. Now I only work digital ways. All of my works are handmade and edited by me. From the first shot to high end. I never outsource my works and I never will. The main reason is to protect the privacy of my clients. I am a mother of 3, I am married to my best friend and my job as a fulltime photographer is my obessesion and passion for life. I love freezing precious moments in time. And make the invisible a touchable memory. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. That is why I document not only weddings, but from birth till memorials.
