I got my passion for photography when I started second shooting weddings with my Dad. As much as I hate to admit it, he probably helped fuel this passion!

We both own and run Fountain Photography together. We love what we do and always have a good laugh. He's recently relinquished the title of 'best photographer', although he doesn't like to admit it!

When I am not shooting weddings, I love to keep fit, I'm a bit of a gym rat. If I'm not doing that, I'm most likely gaming! You could say this is my second passion!

Winning photos

When you have a great sunset, a cathedral veil, and a couple in love, you can get a beautiful shot to end an album 😊

103rd Collection

When the guests listen to instructions, and all throw the confetti at the exact same time, you can get some awesome results.
Lucy & Chris’ guests were on the ball for this shot at The Old Hall.

103rd Collection

When Lucy & Chris said they were bringing their dog Reggie to the wedding, we had a feeling that he’d become the centre of attention in the couples photos.

Perfect light, a great couple and an alert pooch, equals a memory they’ll treasure 😊

102nd Collection

A stunning golden hour at The Old Hall Ely, with Ely Cathedral as a backdrop, the perfect end to the day for Kim & Robert 🌞

102nd Collection

Klea & Dan had the wildest set of bridesmaids and groomsmen at their recent Old Hall wedding.
All they wanted to do was have some fun, and who were we to say no 🤪

102nd Collection

Lauren & Dean had seen other shots we’d taken with the bridal party and groomsmen, and presumed they couldn’t have the same shot as they’d picked children, but we soon proved them wrong 😉

102nd Collection

The new ceremony pavilion at Swynford Manor has been a favourite evening shot for photographers, but to get the best shot possible we knew we had to use all six of our mobile lights.
It was a tricky shot to set up, but so worth it

101st Collection

Pauline & Tim factored an extra hour in to their evenings timings for us to travel from their venue to the beautiful Normanton Church on the edge of Rutland Water, and wow was it worth it.
We were blessed with some lovely golden hour light ❤️

101st Collection

When you don’t get a sunset, and can see the bride & groom are disappointed, fear not we’ll create a shot that they’ll love ❤️
The Old Halls pavilion is used a lot by photographers, but not many use a 5 light set up to give you the drama, something different from the norm!

101st Collection

The Old Hall Ely is a wedding venue that gives us so much inspiration, but we didn’t expect to get this shot of Klea, our bride, being launched into the air by the groomsmen!
Klea watched us doing a similar shot with Dan, her groom, and immediately asked if she could have a go, and obviously we couldn’t refuse 😂

101st Collection

Barbara & Rupert’s wedding at St John’s College Cambridge was a day they’ll never forget.

This shot deep within the college architecture just jumped out at us with the beautiful contrasting light; and they loved it ❤️

100th Collection

The copper style baths at Poets House always get called in to action when the bridal party are having fun.

Megan and her girls rocked this shot just before we left for the ceremony 🤘

100th Collection

You can’t beat a good game of beer pong whilst waiting for the evenings party to start.

Therese & Michael partied late in to the night at The Old Hall Ely, a wedding we won’t forget 😊

100th Collection

The perspective of the clouds to the bride & groom was what we loved when framing this shot.

One of the couple’s favourites, and now one of ours

99th Collection

You’ve got to love flower girls at a wedding, they are so spontaneous and always make us chuckle 🤭

This pair just couldn’t resist catching the attention of all the wedding guests waiting for the ceremony to start ❤️

99th Collection

We drove to Donna & Matt’s pre wedding shoot in a snow blizzard, it was cold wet & miserable and we thought ‘what are we going to do in this terrible weather’
An hour later we said ‘wow what an awesome shoot’, we got so many amazing images of a couple in love ❤️

97th Collection

A black & white themed wedding could only be held at Swynford Manor near Newmarket, and when the storm clouds rolled in we couldn’t resist taking our bride & groom out in to the gardens, for some dramatic shots utilising the early evening light and our strobes.

97th Collection

It was a warm summers evening when we took Rhian & Matt in to the beautiful meadow grass at The Old Hall, Ely.
Whilst waiting for golden hour, we asked the couple to be natural and have some fun, resulting in this loving shot of a couple in love.

96th Collection

You may think that a grey, cold winter wedding at Bassmead Manor Barns would mean no drama, or a wow shot for the couples album, but days like these just make us think outside the box.
Wait for the light to drop, bring out the mobile lights and you can work wonders with a grey sky 🙏🏼

95th Collection

The is one of the main features at Bassmead Manor Barns, and every bride & groom requests a shot on the bridge!
We see the same shot week in week out, the same angle, nothing new.
We had an idea to create something different for Lauren & Dan, and with the use of four carefully placed lights, two smoke grenades and some helpful groomsmen, we created something unique!
