Thirty-Second Collection

This image was taken in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The bride works for the RSPCA in the UK and whilst wandering the side streets of the Old Town we saw this friendly cat who the bride couldn't resist saying hello to. I was really happy to have captured the setting, colours, natural light and personality of the bride all in this one image.

This photo is very special for me. My bride and groom were coming from Utah to Moorea, French Polynesia, little island in the middle of Pacific ocean. She plans her wedding for a year : with our advices, we help her to organize it on a small island. But it was the rainy season so rain just before the ceremony and a little storm after the shooting. We hae in total 1h30 of "not so bad" weather and color during the sunset were amazing because of that. I'm so thankfull to have a beautiful bride who was happy whatever the weather look like and to thanks her apparently the sky turns amazing. They look like if they walk on ocean with their reflection, nothing add just the magic of a moment.

This shot is taken at Slot Doddendael during the ceremony. I waited for the perfect moment to take this image. I love it because it tells the whole story in one picture.

We were shooting in this awesome wooded area, a steep hill with tall trees. While i was getting my initial idea i kept watching the environment to see anything else i could use. The clouds gave way to the sun reveling this nice little spot and i told my couple to run over there and try to get comfy, they went and sat there like they were used to do exactly that, and once she looked at him and the smiled Thats! were i took this amazing shot.

The wedding of Sara & Fatih was the last wedding of 2017. It was such a great season ending and I was deeply impressed. Sarra & Fatih celebrate a Turkish - Arabic wedding on the Lake of Constance. The day was full of love and specially fulfilled with respect and gratitude to their parents. So in their religion it is not allowed to kiss each other in the presence of the parents and both told me it is not even the religion it is the respect they feel for their parents. On this day so many people came to me and said that they are thankful that I am with them to make pictures. What for a awesome day with one of my sweetest couples.

During this super cool wedding of this gorgeous couple on the beautiful Rhederoord estate, there was some time left in the late afternoon to shoot some beautiful pictures. I took themto that beautiful field in front Rhederoord.

After putting two chairs on both sides of the barbed wire, the bride could be carried over the fence with her beautiful tight dress by her loving husband. The sun had a beautiful last hour with soft light. Sometimes you want to have a nice picture of a veil worn by the wind.

And then there's Murphy's law: if you want some soft breeze, there isn't one coming anymore. I sat on the ground in the tall grass waiting for the moment that did not come. I kept looking through my 70-200 lens and saw the amazing connection that these two people had all day. And then there was that unexpected breeze...

Bride and groom walked through the narrow streets. The veil went its own way. The groom saw it and at that moment I could make this picture.

Beautiful light, beautiful place, beautiful couple... need we say more.. In a very small an unknown place in the Netherlands!

This picture I did very early, really very early;) About 5am . The light was so amazing and the fog was so magical ... the bride was perfect and the groom was very willing to cooperate. Love was in the air.

Taken at the Balcombe Viaduct East Sussex. I managed to get the bride and groom to make a quick stop off after the ceremony to take advantage of this amazing 19th century structure. The photos speak for themselves! Myself and the couple are so pleased with them.

I was so happy when this couple called me to confirm me as their wedding photographer.
It was not such a good weather, but the rain couldn't stop us.

I felt in love with this picture, because I love the light and the composition, but the most I love the way they look at eachother.

This couple flew me out to the beautiful destination of Cancun, Mexico recently to cover their wedding. At this moment the weather was raining quite heavy outside so I looked for some inspiration inside their hotel. I found an area outside a Japanese restaurant that provided an elegant backdrop for a wonderful moment that the couple can cherish.

This was a difficult 'getting ready' location - Turned up at the Groom's hotel to find his room with interesting interior design and colour scheme choices with terrible mixed lighting. Clamping a gridded flash to the top of a wall mirror in front of the groom and his bestman, I reduced the ambient light right down to eliminate the room and to make Oli the groom stand out. Very happy with how this image turned out considering the situation I walked into.

As I entered the venue for Jackie & Michael's engagement party, I saw the perfect spot for this perfect shot. A few minutes before their reception started, I snuck them outside for the shot I had envisioned earlier. I set up my flashes and fired away. My vision had come to life!

We scheduled an outdoor shoot with this amazing couple at the dessert of kutch. Such surreal place it was! A remote place where the color of sky and sand seems the same. Nothing ever would get even close to the beauty of this place. We were quite excited to shoot with a pretty couple and as soon as we started to catch their chemistry in lense we spotted the ship of dessert, yes! It was a line of camel. This was simply an add on to the beauty of the entire site. We quickly had a thought to lock it in our lense and asked this couple to pose. It was not so easy though. We literally ran behind those camels. We tried and we succeed to catch them our beautiful couple posed and we sharply clicked and clicked and clicked! One of the best shoot of our life so far..would love to share that experience with you with picture

Amy and Paul had waited all day saying "is it dark enough" as they had wanted this shot from 3 weeks before the wedding when I suggested it. The shot was taking around 10:30pm at Hardwick Hall Hotel, Sedgefield, UK. Steel wool was used to create the dramatic fire circle with a 5 second shutter speed whilst maintaining enough ambient light to capture the setting sun/blue hour behind them.

Cappadocia is one of the most romantic places on earth! Vlad and Karina love each other very much. The feelings of the newlyweds are also light, like these hundreds of balloons in the sky above the picturesque valley.

Totally lOVE these guys. Sarah and Chris got married on the hottest day of the year so couldn’t have their ceremony outside. That didn’t bother anyone but it did make the important ring finger swell a little!!!!

This picture was high on the list of this couple's wishes. Who am I to say no. ;-) We had zo so much fun. Not only taking this picture, but the whole day!

I noticed breaks in the trees and could see a great way to frame the couple. They were already in the right spot when I moved around, and somewhere between me yelling instructions a lovely reaction happened where Rachael smiled!

Rebecca is a bride like none other. I was so fortunate to document E + R big day over two separate days. They exchanged vows during an intimate 20-person ceremony on a hillside in Mont Tremblant. I then visited Erik’s parents’ home in hudson, Quebec for a chic reception. I am honoured to now call these two my friends. Blush dress, furry heels, and skull cuff links were but few of the stylish details of this dream of a wedding.

I shot this image standing on the top of my car, and used a wireless flash to light the couple.

This photo was taken in one of the most picturesque places in Ukraine. The expanses of the Carpathian Mountains best underscore the greatness of the marriage ties between Dmitry and Tamara. The newlyweds hold each other firmly by the hands. Their love is as strong as these age-old rocks!

I LOVE a good pre wedding shoot. Hollie and Adam decided to bring their new puppy (Rome) alone. Derbyshire, England has some beautiful landscapes and it’s often hard not to take a beautiful image.

This photo shows Vlad and Karina. The newlyweds decided to spend their honeymoon in Cappadocia. It is very easy for them to be together. It seems that Karina and Vlad are ready to run forever in one direction. It does not matter where this pair turns out to be tomorrow, the main thing is that their love will be fantastically strong!

Emma and Rob got married at the beautiful Wasing Park, England. I spotted this composition during the day and took some day time portraits. In the evening I went back to this location and was stunned with how much it was transformed by the night sky. A bride and full moon was casing a beautiful light on the ground with the dark sky littered with stars. This image took all of 5 minutes to set up and capture.
