Hi, we are the WeddingGuys! Based in Utrecht, the heart of the Netherlands, we’re a creative team of a filmmaker and photographer, capturing weddings all around The Netherlands. What started as a shared passion for storytelling and photo- & cinematography evolved into something much bigger: a way to capture love in its most honest and timeless form. We believe in real moments. The way your hands find each other. The quiet tears during your vows. The jokes at the dinner table, and that spark of energy right before the first dance. Our style is documentary with a cinematic touch, always relaxed, never stiff. During portraits or a first look, we’ll gently guide you with subtle prompts and natural movement. You’ll never feel like you’re posing, just being yourselves. We also have a soft spot for the little things: heirloom rings from grandma, handwritten vows, golden hour table settings, and kids who steal the show when no one’s watching. That's Me...Huib, al jaren een passie voor fotografie. op 6-jarige leeftijd schoot ik tijdens de zomervakantie mijn eerste rolletje vol, en jawel, daar zat al 1 geposeerde (familie)foto tussen, niet wetende dat ik jaren later niets anders zou doen en letterlijk van mijn hobby mijn werk kon maken. Als trouwfotograaf valt alles samen. de ware momenten, het werken met licht tijdens het opmaak en aankleed moment tot aan de complete sfeer op een trouwlocatie. Het unieke karakter wat iedere bruiloft met zich meebrengt maakt mijn werk een mooi en gewaardeerd beroep. Wetende dat dit jullie mooiste dag is zal ik deze natuurlijk zo mooi mogelijk vast leggen. Soms is daar een kleine aanwijzing voor nodig, maar ik zou geen fotograaf zijn als ik niet zou streven naar de mooiste foto's voor jullie. Dit alles voor een mooie herinnering...Een herinnering aan jullie bruiloft!

My world once revolved around sports, but picking up a camera changed everything. The determination and fighting spirit I carried from years in sports now fuel every moment I capture. Ten years later, with countless stories preserved, I can honestly say this work fulfills me like nothing else. Filming weddings and life stories isn’t just a job—it’s a privilege. What we create isn’t only for today, but for a lifetime. I especially enjoy blending retro aesthetics and glamorous style into my work, combining elegance and nostalgia to create films and photographs that feel timeless. For me, this isn’t just about documenting events—it’s about capturing the emotions, glances, and moments that couples will treasure for generations.

Hi! Ik ben Marga de Groot, een enthousiaste bruidsfotograaf. 38 jaar geleden geboren in het Groningse Delfzijl, waar ik nog steeds woon. Mama van de 3 leukste kids op aarde, getrouwd met Johan die mij al 22 jaar rustig probeert te houden. Ik ben veel in het noorden te vinden voor bruiloften, waar ik inmiddels alle trouwlocaties al wel een keer heb mogen zien en de mooiste plekjes weet te vinden. Ik ben verder gek op reizen en de wereld verkennen. Dus, ga je trouwen in het buitenland? Ik vlieg overal heen met mijn camera.
