Third Collection
We kicked off the fun at Trocadero in Paris, which in my opinion offers the most impactful perspective of the Eiffel Tower. In order to get this priceless silhouette backdrop, you and the couple need to meet at the Eiffel Tower immediately before the sun rises. In fact, if you wait too long, there will be no silhouette, plus other photographers, and floods of tourists buses will arrive.
We ask our couples to wear darkly fitted attire and (normally) wear their hair in a bun for optimal results. It is about harmonious interspacing as to let the sun penetrate the contours of their bodies.
For this photo, I had my associate tempt those hungry birds with some culinary treats, and then had the couple connect in a believable way. When I had the frame I wanted, I asked my associate to “scare” the birds away to get them to produce the movement you see in the photo.
My city is known for its historic buildings and their charming stairways. This is one of those, reportedly the most beautiful one in Wrocaw, highly praised by Paulina and Karol. Although, they had been living in the same place for years, I have managed to show them an unknown fragment of the city, which completely captivated them.
The interior chosen by Monika and Wojtek for their wedding party was unusual - full of nooks and crannies, and tiny balconies which allowed quiet observation of the newlyweds. I have waited for this moment the whole evening. It was one of their last dances – delicate and calm, perfectly summing up that emotional day
This photo was taken outside the beautiful St Mary’s Cathedral in Sydney, Australia. It was taken just after the ceremony and shows the pure joy of our bride and groom. In the bride’s words, this photograph captured “that moment when you realise you have just married your best friend”
When I captured such an elegant wedding dress I knew I had to freeze this time. Galia Lahav makes some of the most breathtaking items so this had to be perfect. Hung in an old cathedral style window at the Villa in south beach Miami formerly known as the Versace Mansion, this picturesque dress did all the talking. We decided to do something a little different and photograph it from behind to really get all the detail from the train and if nothing else just make it look different. When you do what you love you love what you do and inter to show all my clients that I not only love taking pictures but I have fun creating something they can cherish for the rest of their life.
We headed down into the forest at Formby Beach to create some portraits. The sun was beating down through the trees. As Amy held her hand to shade her face I felt inspired to create something unique. This particular image was my favourite of them all.
For me the wedding is a planned and spontaneous event at the same time. There was a sea of love and it was a day with Oksana and Gleb in Prague. Lie down on the Charles Bridge or to climb onto the roof at Prague Castle - easy!
Rain isn't obstacle for real fellings - and Lena and Yura prove it. Lots of smiles, motion and water, wich was everywere, they spent their best day in a best way!
This photo was made in Dossenheim, Germany. While I photographed bride and groom, two geese came across. The bride was really scared but groom made her laugh.
Judith, from Germany, and Greig from Australia live in the UK and share a love of travel. The couple chose Portugal after falling in love with the culture, food and weather on a trip here.
There Venue was in the Pena Palace on the top of the Sintra hill, as we were going up there those lines and the game of light and shadows caught my eye. And we stopped for one second to do this picture
The bride is the director of a child model agency in Saint-Petersburg. She wanted all her students to attend her wedding, but it was hardly possible to gather all the 100 kids at the banquet. So she decided to do it in the morning before she had to leave for the registry office. This way every child had a chance to see Zhenya, their favourite director, in her wedding gown, and each of them was able to be in the photo with her.
This photo from the wedding of Natalia and Maxim on the island of Santorini, Greece. We shot at the lighthouse on the edge of a cliff when a strong gust of wind lifted a dress of the bride above her head, it was very nice and I was lucky to catch this moment.
Photo was captured in a massive canyon somewhere on our way from Vail, Colorado, where the couple’s wedding took place and Las Vegas—where our post-wedding road trip ended … and my couple departed for honeymoon.
I always say that if you want photos that nobody else has, both the photographer and the couple need to be prepared to do things most people would not attempt (all while not taking too much risk of course!).
The drop-off on this particular scene was several hundred feet (I’d estimate about 150 m) … so needless to say, the couple needed to be careful on their approach and while connecting. The bride—believe it or not—was sporting a pair of fabulous Louboutin (I know … not necessary for this type of shot, but she has style :-). I was positioned at a distance using Canon’s incredible 400mm 2.8 monster of a lens.
Since it is not possible to give the couple instructions from a faraway, it is important to brief them even before they connect.
I'm really enchanted by the atmosphere of the small restaurants of Wroclaw. Aneta and Pawel took me to a place full of lanterns, pumpkins, old wagon wheels and wicker baskets. It was closed-circle party, full of subtle, barely noticeable gestures. This is one of them

I never knew whether there will be a miracle at wedding and I'd want a magic frame. This photo is a reflection of the wedding of Maya and Nikita - the same unexpected, radiant and magical.
The photo was made in Santorini, Greece. While groom & bride were going to the elevator in hotel, I stopped for a moment and saw a light at the end of the corridor, which made me to shoot.
Romina and Markus come from Germany to have their wedding dream on the beach in Portugal.
After the ceremony we went to the hills of Sintra, to do some romantic shoots. The day was very sunny and warm, but as we got to the top of the hill it had fog.
But that didn´t make them back out, as a matter of fact they took all the advantage for being alone, to celebrate the love they feel with each other in a very romantic session.
Preparation of the bride is an important point in taking pictures of the newlyweds. This is the beginning of the day and of the wedding story in pictures. Home wedding day Vera and Andrew in Santorini was bright and hot.
