Sixty-Eighth Collection
This image is from one of the very first weddings I did when I became a wedding photographer. I'm so proud of this image and it was at this wedding I knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. For this shot, the bride and groom had to stay completely still as I did a long exposure. This is because I wanted to achieve a soft moving glow of the water and together with the perfect background, it really makes a great shoot.
King & Queen of the Castle - taken at the beautiful Glin Castle, Co. Clare, Ireland. Everything about this day was amazing, from the couple to the weather and light. Loved experimenting with these smoke bombs...always adds something different! Would do it all over again!
Love this photo! I always try to create something special just after the sun goes down. After several tries, we managed to capture the perfect silhouette moment!
Cortney & Patrick's wedding and my first wedding after the 3 months of covid-19 lockdown. A strange feeling in almost empty Galway city & no crowds in Claddagh. It turned out to be a wonderful day, full of joy, happiness and brilliant weather.
Cadaquès has a magic magnetism and a beautiful light. We knew it was far away, we knew we would have to spend the night there, and we knew we could not bill everything to our couple, but it did worth the travel. We woke up at four in the morning and climbed the cliff for over thirty minutes. The bride did dress up right there at the light of our torches and the lighthouse.
Tramuntana high wind was forecast, fortunately, at that time it was still weak enough to only give volume to the dress and movement to her hair. The sky went gorgeous and finally, the sun popped out the Mediterranean sea. Love made the rest for this shot that went over our expectations.
If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work, and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea.
Just having fun on a perfect wedding day! Dancing together shows how lovely this day was for them. Love to make these memories. ♡
A reflection of autumn and love for this beautiful country manor setting with our wedding couple, image was shot using off-camera flash ( Left )
I love incorporating into the composition elements that you can overlook as an everyday thing but it has great design potential combining it with emotion.
A luxury experience in Venice, during the Covid19 pandemic. We have been lucky to spend these days in a dreamy city, with few tourists, and feel all the beauty around us. We started our journey in the early morning and fog has created magic atmospheres!
I will always remember this wedding for the love of a couple without transparency, in love without limits, elegance, and simplicity in a magnificent place for this impressive celebration, I thank you for letting me enjoy what I like the most.
This shot was so much fun. I love fall and all the pumpkins, so I knew I needed a unique camera angle to show this off. My drone was the perfect tool. The couple loved the shot.
That awesome Christmas feel! Captured at @derwentmanorhotel Xmas 2019 at the wedding of Selina and Carl. The stags lit with fairy lights were an instant attraction. I threw a Full CTO gel backlight into the mix to create this awesome backlit photograph. The fog in the air helped to create the lovely light rays.
Those beautiful rocks...very well arranged and crafted... only added value to the couple's sweet moment. Wendy the groom, wanted to have the last pic with the rocks. We were already very tired shooting from 5 am to 7 pm. But when I reached the side of the wall, the perspective was simply awesome.
A wonderful wedding just a few days before the second lockdown in Germany. The bride was pregnant and these Lovers are wedding photographers too, so it was an honor for me to capture their day with my cam.
This wedding couple got married in the beautiful city of Gouda. With the sun already a bit lower, the iconic city hall was the perfect background for a short shoot.
I’d had this shot in mind all day; I waited until dusk, so there was still a hint of ambient light hanging around. I added a flash behind Kelsey & Steve to provide some backlighting which also illuminated the inside of the tent. I’m really pleased how this one turned out
Venue - Tissington Hall, Derby
This photo was taken at the old church from 1470 in the city of Dordrecht .. what huge doors .. I guess people were very tall back in 1470 :)
You know you’re in love when you don’t want to fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.
With these weddingflowers in the front, it gives this picture beautiful colours. That contrast, with the dark air and the love in between.
Captured at the stunning Wylam Brewery. This was captured about an hour before sunset and involved multiple flashes and colored gels to light the columns as well as a key light and rim lights for the couple. A very complex photograph to create but I hope you agree it looks awesome.
During a short posing session after this amazing outdoor wedding ceremony, I had to incorporate the beautiful backdrop in the image. I used the mountain top in the top left to balance the couple out in the lower right. I love the strong look of the bride in this image.
Jaime-Lee looking amazing in this beautiful dress at Hallgarth Manor in 2019. The blue room works so well with the warmth of her skin. 3 Lights used to create this photo, 2-speed lights in the back corners for rim lighting and a key light softbox camera left.
Sometimes pictures come on the spot and sometimes I know exactly what I want .. during the intake interview I already had something like this in my head... I love taking pictures with a drone. it gives something special a different point of view of a moment or situation. especially if everything looks slightly different due to covid measures.
Love the tones in this beautiful image captured at The South Causey Inn Old Barn. I went to school with Sarah so it was an honor to photograph her wedding to Lewis. That dress and Suit. Trendy!
