At a 2020 COVID wedding we had so much time to wander the grounds, found a jetty of sorts by the lake, and knew it was a lovely location. To add interest to the photo I placed a black acrylic sheet at the bottom of the lens for a reflection (can also be done with a phone). The concentrated on nice composition.
I love to incorporate some sort of 'fun' element into my shoots, usually jumping but anything goes as long as its fun, why should we stick to boring him and her photos looking at the camera.
Captured at the end of their engagement session, we headed to a nearby field and the weather was so hot. I used the wheat to add depth and foreground interest - a simple photo but looks really nice.
Fitting this image wins an award 1 day before Bonfire Night. haha. I captured this photo at the South Causey Inn for a bride I went to school with so it was awesome to photograph her wedding.
Simplicity is sometimes all you need. 2 Smoke bombs, perfect weather, great couple, and amazing background. Awesomeness set to max.

This image of the beautiful bride Olga was taken on a destination wedding in Italy, Sicily. She and her husband Patrick wanted to get married abroad. It was perfect!
This wedding image is taken two weeks ago at a Belgian civil wedding. We have been waiting for a beautiful sunset to take wedding pictures. Such a stunning dress, veil...We are in love with this one.
Aurélie & Oliver wanted something special for their wedding day! At the end of the night, we found a beautiful spot, we used the wedding car as background and we made some art.
An orange smoke bomb created this magical effect. We placed the couple in the middle of the two trees to have a symmetrical image.

Hi, I'm Carolina Mosquera, Located in the beautiful romantic city of Bruges i fell in love with photography. So i decided to open a photography studio which is called Lux Visual Storytellers, that is serving all over the world... My photos are taken in a spontaneous way, i love to visualise the connection between the couple in a beautiful and honest way. We also love the little details that make the day, rings / flowers / table setting / snacks and drinks… And of course we should not forget the uncles who take a nap on the sofa, or the kids who make a celebration funny, love them!

Taken just as bride prep was finishing and the bride was heading off to the ceremony. Sometimes simplicity and window light are perfect.
One of the hottest days of the year, bright mid-day sunshine, and just finished the couple portraits when I asked them if they wanted an evening photo with the car as with most weddings the cars are gone early in the day. So I busted out some flashes with CTO gels and dialed the ambient light way down to create the evening look.
To create this awesome smoke silhouette I stacked two flashes behind the couple. One about 8ft behind for the rim and to light the smoke the other about 20ft back behind the trees to separate the trees from the background. Without the 2nd stacked flash for the trees, you would not see the tree outline in the photo. enjoy.
A cold day up in the wear dale valley. This photo was taken at the end of the session and the rain had subsided. I love the snow on the hills in the distance and the large vista, it feels very much just a moment in time between two people.
Captured during sunset overlooking Derwentwater and Cat Bells in the Lake District. A truly beautiful location. The awesome couple and perfect weather.
I love a good silhouette and when the sun is out and beautiful blue skies are abundant it would be rude not too. The couple headed up the hill and he re-enacted his proposal. Such a great moment.
I absolutely love this image. Showcases a bit of fun which is what I like to do. I had the couple hold hands and go for a run across the hill. Perfect timing to freeze them in the middle all whilst holding my phone to the bottom of the lens for the reflection.
Charlotte and Ross were awesome. I covered their wedding last year and this year we went to the Lake District for an Adventure Photo Shoot. The weather was so hot and windless, It was a perfect day for capturing awesome photos on top of a mountain.

This image was taken in Positano, Italy. We wanted to show the dress and veil in all the glory, that why the couple stands on this small edge.
This image is taken in Damme, close to Bruges (Belgium). We took the risk to place our beautiful couple on this small edge. Such an amazing result.
It was fantastic to have a couple like Isabelle & Matthias. We love to work with drones. We saw this setting and the golden hour, the idea of this lovely picture was born.

Last year, we went to Cuba. The beautiful golden hour, the love birds, the setting, the weather... The most perfect romantic setting ever.
We love to experiment with photography & video. Annelies & Pierre loved the idea of taking drone images of them. We used smoke bombs and this was the result! Amazing!
This image was taken last summer in Belgium. We are always chasing the light. The light was peeking through the trees, so it was the perfect moment to use a smoke bomb.

For this engagement photoshoot, we wanted to go to a tulip field nearby. When we got there they had just removed all the tulip bulbs so we had to come up with something else .. this is the result! the lines and shadows were perfect.
When we walked to the car after the photoshoot with the setting sun, I turned around and imagined this picture. With a few nice jumps and some laughter, we came to this :) A great couple and a nice positive end to the evening!

I find the real love between these couples something special. Something I want to show in my wedding photography. This was certainly present with this sweet couple.
During this love shoot, we parked on this empty parking deck, where the idea came up for this picture...love the yellow lines and the arrow with the words exit (written in dutch) below this fantastic couple!

A lovely couple in the Netherlands. I would create a photo where it looks that the wedding dress seems to get one with water. With reflection, I created this photo.
I ask the real man from the army to trow the bride high into the sky. I love the way the wedding dress looks in this photo. And I love that we can see the groom's face.

Just after this couple got married we did a short shoot at the chapel where they had taken their vows. The light was just right and with a flash behind the bride and groom, we were able to complete the image :)
At sunset, we held a short photoshoot with this wedding couple. Taken in the city center of Woerden in the middle of the Netherlands, the light was just perfect for a beautiful silhouette shot with the church in the background.
This wedding on the island of Terschelling in the Dutch Waddenzee allowed for a short trip into the dunes. The dark cloud and the vast landscape create for a dramatic scene, which both the couple and myself absolutely loved :)
During the photoshoot, it was so windy outside that we had to find shelter in a local bar. This place created a fitting scene for one of my favorite shots of the day. Fun fact was that they actually had met in a bar, so this added extra meaning to the image.
This lovely couple wanted to do the wedding shoot in an urban area of their home town. When walking around I saw this awesome red biking path, that I just had to incorporate into the image. The arrows and the reflection in the steel on the side adds extra strength to the image :)
This lovely couple got married in the mountains of Rio de Janeiro and had a wonderful outside wedding. Once the wedding ceremony was finished the were congratulated with rows of their friend and family on each side, that threw Rosemary leaves. Love the authentic emotions of this moment.
This amazing couple trusted me to take wedding shots in the weirdest of places, such as here in the bathroom. It is awesome to have so much trust from clients that they are willing to let me take these kinds of shots :)
At the end of this beautiful wedding day, I saw the hallway to the place where their car was parked and just had to take this image. I love their poses and how the image turned out.
In the old mansion where this couple got married, we found an office with interesting lighting tubes above the table. I instantly knew I wanted to do something with them in an abstract way. I placed the couple with a flash with yellow gel behind them to get this dreamy effect.
This was just before this couple went downstairs to walk into the big hall with all their friends and family for the ceremony. This place had beautiful chandeliers which warm light contrasted nicely with the cooler natural light which fell on the couple.

the charm of vintage. the photographic shot was taken with a telephoto lens 105mm f1.4. as a frame, a typical Apulian landscape, wants to look like a 50's photo!
This photo was taken in a fabulous forest, the path creates the image's escape line, focusing the gaze on the subjects. thus creating a symmetrical picture.
Taranto, città dei due mari. Scatto che raffigura la bellezza di una città storica, che fa da cornice ad una coppia di sposi.
Scatto grandangolare, coppia di sposi fotografati attraverso il lunotto della loro auto vintage. Crea una prospettiva insolita, quasi surreale.
Tramonti e colori caldi rendono questo scatto molto romantico. Inquadratura grandangolare ma che non distoglie l'attenzione che è mirata agli sposi.
paesaggio, auto vintage, color adeguatamente resa desaturata, fanno di questo scatto un tuffo nel passato. Ciò che rende il tutto più bello è la dinamicità del polverone della vettura e degli sposi.
Composizione avvolgente, la foto guida chi la osserva in un unica direzione, basta farsi trasportare. Come tocco finale, l'unica luce calda mira gli sposi come a voler dare importanza anche se occupano uno spazio molto piccolo dell'immagine.
Dynamic shot, I wanted to make this image through a 105mm 1.4 lens to create a lot of depth of field.<br /> The married couple in question was accelerating towards me, a very joyful image!

El Castell del Remei keep the wineries as the first day, if to that we add the elegance of this couple we get an image without borders, that is what they have, a long life together and knowing that they are made for each other.
Moments of the preparations with the bride, a magical place together with the sweetness of a woman with a very big heart, the groom was waiting to give her his heart in front of all his guests, that's how it was, a wedding day full of surprises where the Tears of joy were the top secret of this wonderful couple.
The salt mines of Krakow is a fairytale place, the bride's dress was great to capture the moment and be able to move to Disney tales where the princesses dance for the guests to see, I am still fascinated by the beauty of the place .
Finding a corner where everything is perfect, a combination where everything connects, the sea is daring like love, strong like the couple's connection and patient like the feeling, thank you for being there and letting me enjoy what I like the most, I know You can learn a lot from couples like this and know that above all I predict the important thing is to be happy.
The landscape from the sky is always different, it can be beautiful, but without a beating heart, it makes no sense, without them, it would not be the same, days before the ceremony where everything went smoothly and it continues like this, forever.
Let me say that the connection of this couple is unmatched, daring, funny, kind and happy to declare their love in this way to follow the dream of growing old together, a wedding day to remember with your family and friends, a pleasure to be together with them on such a special day.
Finding corners with a beautiful sunset is our job, this couple gives us the opportunity to declare their love in images, sure of the connection that there is and always willing to declare that for them being together is the best thing that has happened to them in the lifetime. A beautiful canoe trip with a happy couple with the dream of living life together, they have things clear, their first report on the place where they spend their holidays, Sant Carles de la Rapita, a place where nature gives you images like this.

As our shoot was planned earlier, I and my team on a full swing reached the location. It was an early morning shoot looking at those fast-moving clouds, I had an idea of taking a click of the couple in that beautiful cloudy atmosphere. And I wished no rain would spoil my idea. And in a Hurry, when I took my weapon to click a beautiful picture as expected; The clouds in the sky, the grass on the ground, the couple in love gave me an amazing picture. Which was really a memorable picture that was composed by me. And I name it, “A touched Feel of Love”
