Fifty-First Collection
Ashley & Kevin wedding was one of my best weddings ever. The ceremony was at the beautiful St. Lucy Church. This shot was the last shot before we head to the venue. After we are all done with family photos, I asked Ashley and Kevin for 2-3 more shots for them only. I had my assistant on my left with a flash and I got this beautiful image in a few seconds.
New hotel in DC so I decided to use their new style of lighting around their ballrooms as a perfect setup for this shot. My clients didn't know what my vision was but trusted in it enough to capture this memory before hitting the dance floor again and partying the rest of the night away!
This is actually one of my favorite pictures of this couple. We headed to the forest for their couples pictures and I stumbled upon this part of the woods that was filled with branches searching for light, hence the same direction they were taking!
Elegance without limits, with Andrea I could work easily. The location, the simplicity of her dresses, and her friendliness. These are moments before the ceremony, key moments, moments that are not forgotten. Let yourself be carried like a leaf in the river.
Just a few minutes before sunset, the light was perfect and the colors fantastic ... I thought that with this great couple we could not fail.
Katie & Owen are not only lovely people, but they're also incredibly talented jugglers!
When they asked me if it was possible to make a picture that showed their passion for their shared hobby I had just the idea in mind. We went as the sun was setting and the rest (as they say) is history :)
"As endless as the ocean as timeless as the tides" .
This was the first shot I took as we reached the deck of the ship and it just turned out perfect.
I feel safe when I rest on your shoulder... Michael and Claudia a gorgeous couple stand at an abandoned hotel on mountain Troodos Cyprus.
This was a winter evening wedding, so the ceremony took place long after dark, so with that in mind, I decided to get creative with the portraits and really use the venue to its potential. I found a lovely walk way, lit up with fairy lights, so a simple flash placed behind the couple, using the umbrella to bounce the light back onto them, allowed me to capture this magical image.
These two fluffy fur friends had their best day ever! Their Pawrents tied the knot and they just couldn't stop smiling. It was such a beautiful day, what more could they ever wish for?
Taken mid-summer in a field, during the golden hour. Right place, right time and an epic vale! Taken using natural light, turning the Kelvin up to around 8000k, shot on Sony A7iii using the Sony 35mm.
One of my favourites images from Amy and Sam's wedding in Kings Chapel, UK. It was the last swoosh of perfume before Amy jumped into the car taking her to the church.
I have a soft spot for confetti and my heart sings when couples say they're going to use it. I'm all about having fun and being surrounded by your loved ones on your wedding day and this photograph just screams that. So much joy.
Krystle & her new lovely husband Mike had their beautiful wedding at Upwaltham Barns. This confetti shot was the standard mood of the day, it was smiles and laughs all day long in the beautiful Sussex countryside.
They even had a rainbow!
Congratulations Krystle & Mike wish you so much happiness.
Sarah & her girls having fun in the afternoon!
My style is relaxed and documentary so suited their wedding at Tower Hill Barns in North Wales
At the beautiful outer lands, this evening shot was taken with an early evening sun... the nice silhouette with the couple makes this image so much intense in black & white.
I spent the entire session on an exclusive yacht on a beautiful lake in Poland. We had great weather. The bride and groom were really great to cooperate with. It was a pleasure to work in such conditions with such clients.
I love this photo. I captured it on Cat Bells in the Lake District - The clouds were turning and a storm was setting in. I think this was the last shot before we decided to go back down. Just as well as it rained quite heavily just as we got to the bottom.
It was all of a sudden when Ashwini was given the betel leaf to touch Arnavs cheeks but out of her will, she started slapping his face making it a nice candid moment to capture.
Stormy weather. A beautiful couple and a waterfall in Iceland. That is all I need for a great shot with this bridal couple. The day was perfect and these two lovers inspired me so much!
Pre-wedding photo shoots are my favorite because the pictures would always turn out to be spontaneous. We saw this snowy path on our way to the location. I remembered we had white smoke so I just made them stand there in the cold to take the picture. With the smoke, the location and their clothes, I had the perfect combination.
This awesome couple lives near these cube-shaped houses in the center of Rotterdam and absolutely love them. During this shoot, I wanted to create an abstract image where at first sight you are unclear at what you were looking at. I am very glad they absolutely loved the result also.
The wonderful couple Liesbeth & Maxime got married in the beautiful Castle 'de Boterberg' in Kalmthout, Belgium. This day was one as a wedding should be. Great couple, lovely friends & family, perfect weather, superb location and lots, lots of food & drinks. All very stylish and yet relaxed. In and around the Castle in Kalmthout we made some lovely pictures as the couple gave us a free hand to make the pictures we wanted.
Liesbeth & Maxime, it was an honor and pleasure to photograph your day, thanks for a great day!
Albert & Claudia
This image show the strength of a relations where with all the difficulties which is depicted by the colour red and the calm which is depicted by the pastel colour of the sand and the strength of their love which is depicted by the standing strong dead tree in the desert. shot on my Nikon D 810..
This shot was made just a few minutes after they said yes. We had 5 minutes for a short photo session and I think we used it to the maximum. Photographing at sunset always looks magical.
An eye for details. I wanted to capture the bride's emotion before she wore her wedding Lehenga. Here I have shot a detailed image of the bride's eye because the beauty of a woman must be seen from her eyes as it is the doorway to the heart, the place where love resides.
Tim and Tyanne are getting married in August and wanted some pictures for their wedding invitation. We decided to go to the Soesterduinen - a beautiful nature reserve with sand dunes near our home town - at sunset. The clouds in the sky were a bonus to this lovely evening with this great couple.
We had just done a little portrait session where the sun stayed behind a cloud for the whole time. The pictures were lovely but something was missing. Lauren & Matt went off to greet some evening guests and I went inside to get things ready for their first dance which was due to start in 5 minutes. Once inside I turned around and saw a streak of blazing sunlight! I ran back outside and they were as excited as I was. They quickly grabbed hold of each other and I positioned myself with the sun behind them to get this near perfect sunset portrait
On a cold and windy day in March, we traveled through the Scottish Highlands to shoot wedding photos at โthe three sistersโ
The rain was pouring down every now and then, so we had to hide in the car quite a few times.
But when the sun is finally coming, miracles happen...
