This was the wedding day of Egvenia and Ulian. It was really cold and foggy september day. The bride was sick and not feeling good and that's way we haven't much time for shooting. The reception was in a sweet family hotel named Casa Art in the countryside outside the city. Still the day was filled with laugh, smiles and the love of this lovely couple.
The day was mystical, weather changed in every half hour. It was raining, sun was shining, it was raining...a lot, then it was shining again. This shot is taken in front of the church, right after wedding ceremony and bride is getting in to extremely beautiful old Volkswagen Beetle.
The photo was taken near Smolensk, Russia. This is the first and probably the only one wedding photo shoot, which took place at 4 am. Thanks to incredibly beautiful sunrise, the photo turned romantic and gentle.
The bride and groom were relaxed and improvised a lot, I just had to seize the moment! One of these shots and you can watch.
Thinking about some places for the engagement photoshoot, Luciley had the opportunity to get back to her grandmother’s hometown in the countryside of Panamá, the historic town called Natá “De los Caballeros” with her boyfriend Armando. At first, They were kind of nervous, but when They finally get both horses together and look at each other, the perfect picture came out. A great couple in a great place creating special memories.
Thailand have some beautiful natural place. And Caitlin and Zac do destination wedding in Merlin Beach Resort, Phuket, Thailand. They are from South Australia. In this moment we do a couple portrait after wedding ring ceremony at the beach. I’ve seen beautiful stone after sea gone. Then I let’s couple walk in that place. And I get the best picture.
This photo of this lovely bride & groom was taken at the small lake located at Parc de la Ciutadella in Barcelona.
The idea (additionally hoping for the luck to turn out with kind of framing shot like this) came as I saw the big bunch of chilling seagulls and taking notice that they mainly take off towards the embankment I decided to shoot from. So the couple was careful rowing towards the chilling seagulls from behind to only scare them up by present. And big luck it perfectly worked out first try. We had the chance to capture many heartwarming, storytelling and for sure photos with their stories behind the scenes to ad some deserved portraitshots to their wedding story/reportage. Barcelona is such a nice place.
I was delighted when Cecilie & Ola invited me to Ulsteinvik for their beautiful wedding. I was by their side from morning till sun down and got to experience everyday magic throughout the whole day! This photo was taken at a local beach close to the receeption area. We had a limited amount of time, so to get the most out of our time the bride took her shoes off and ran down the beach. A plane flew by, and with all the magical colors the moment was just perfect. As was the rest of the day!!!
On a calm California evening at sunset, we were excited to photograph the engagement of two incredible individuals. Zermina & Khattaab chose the 100-year-old landmark, Santa Monica Pier, as one of their favorite places in the Los Angeles area. We were very excited and honored to photograph both their engagement and wedding celebration.
All guests are waiting for the bride and groom. Everyone holding a balloon in hand and so the couple was received heartily to celebrate. Throughout the day it was cloudy and the rain was near. But this great day was allowed to terminate the pair finally dry. Both carry the sun in the heart.
This was shot on the way to the wedding venue, on a pier in Pirita, Tallinn, Estonia. We knew beforehand that the couple wanted a few shots there, with the view to the city. What I could not have hoped for was the dramatic sky that afternoon.
At some point during the Big Day of each couple there is a moment they relax, stop worrying about the small things, and just ride the wave of the wedding day.
I guess the importance of that shot for Pavel & Jekaterina, besides the view itself, is that after we left the pier for the venue, that moment had arrived. And Jekaterina walked down the aisle alongside his father with a big smile
The couple was very close to nature and when I saw this typical Swiss meadow with the cows, I had the picture in mind. I grabbed my stepladder and we went in the middle of the field. The idea was that the groom rescues the bride who flies from the balloons thereof. On this set we just laughed.
