Twenty Sixth Collection

The wedding couple Johanna & Tommy had asked me to take their wedding portraits. It was February and in Finland the weather isn't the kindest. I had already been searching the place for the portraits and found this view. It was such breathtaking. The couple arrived and they where simply amazing. It was one of the coldest days we had and they handle it.

I had the pleasure to photograph this amazing couple on their wedding day, they choose a perfect location in Hawaii know as Havens Point were the ceremony was also performed . I loved their adventurous spirit. It took us a small walk hike for our main location close to the edge with some waves crashing on the rocks, the wind was super wild this day but totally on our favor and she picked the perfect dress for the occasion.

Sahar and Sam came from Tehran (Iran) to make destination wedding in Dubai on 14.04.17 . They have chosen one of the most spectacular location for wedding photography in the world - Mina Al Salam. When I saw Sahar in Majilis Al Salam I knew I would take the best bridal session ever. The light and space made my dreams came true. Just perfect place for painters and this time for me as Sahar's photographer. Her beauty and feminine energy inspired me to get more and more pictures of her. Sahar told me this story behind this picture :" me and my cousin grew up together and the person who had taught me how to tie my shoe laces was there to help me in wearing my wedding shoes" I love this story

This picture was taken right after the wedding wows taken by the couple Gayatri and Anish in Goa, India. The church there had a majestic tree next to it and the sun was just setting in right. The couple and the 3 brides maids make the picture beautifully balanced.

Sunset portraits for destination weddings are a very important aspect to my clients. This lovely couple wanted to emphasize the water and sunset setting so I sent my assistant with a light to stand in the water in the dark of the mangroves. The sweet moment they shared while the sun set between them was all theirs.

Alena and Nikita are newlyweds from Odessa. Now they are very in love. The couple's arms are dizzy with tenderness. It's wonderful, when the whole world revolves around loving hearts!

I waited for the daylight to drop enough for the ambience in the bridge lights to come up, but the couple needed light on them. A gridded lightweight softbox was positioned just to the side of them. The foreground was some diffused glass that caught another nearby light.

A proposal in Cueva de la Ventana in Puerto Rico. To be more precise, my own proposal! :)

When ever we go on a holiday together, we always that a couple of epic shots for our selves at wonderful locations. Only now I had other plans then just a picture. My girlfriend is from Puerto Rico and she is very proud of the Island and the culture.

I had been planning this for months, getting the ring, looking up locations and of course practicing what I was going to say. I couldn't wait to ask her, so I made sure we went on a road trip to visit a few places but this was the one where I wanted to propose to her.

Unfortunately we had to take a tour seeing the caves. This meant that we were with about 50 people and that made me worry about the shot I had in mind. At the end of the tour was the cave. Of course everyone wanted pictures at the edge, so I had some time to set up a tripod, with remote. That way I could snap the shot at the right time.

This was set up in a few minutes and then it seemed to take hours before everyone else go their shots. The guid was already addressing people to go back. He offered to take our picture but I nicely declined and told him we would take it when everyone was behind the camera and then we would follow. (I think he kinda knew what was going to happen) He then started telling people to leave and that was the moment.

I grabbed the ring box and head over to her by the edge of the window. We snapped a few shots, my heart was racing. I dropped to one knee and asked her if she wanted to marry me. Her reaction was, "Oh my god" (and she threw her typical surprise pose as you see in the picture) "YES!!" I got up, kissed her, put the ring on her finger and the whole group started clapping!

I feel like the luckiest girl on the planet. I get to travel the world documenting the most powerful resource we have as humans... Love. It is an awestruck privilege that I will never take for granted. This is the love story of Marc & Andressa in the ancient city of London.

So Finally The Time I woke Up in Morning Doing Something Different and Best Shot Of pre-wedding, B4 Sun Rise I thought That The location Must Be So romantic and Cosy.. In Early Morning So this picture is capture at the best time and this creation is to be created. Wow.. !! Moment.

We were heading to the Valley of the Temples, but there was a concert and traffic was blocked, preventing us access, so we went to the seafront instead. I wanted to give Teresa e Angelo a picture of them that reminded them that while everything was flowing, their love was eternal. We dropped on a bike path; even if I risked being hit by bikes, I was able to tell their love as I wanted.

This picture was taken right before the couple walked into their evening reception party. The venue had nothing interesting around it except this barren jungle and we thought of using the nice blue sky golden light to our advantage. The warm nice yellow light is actually car's headlight which goes really well with the cool blues and greens around it.

Splashes of champagne, fun and laughter! This is how I remember the wedding of Mikhail and Alla. Their little daughter Mariam is very happy for her mother and father. Now their family together and forever!

This was the first shot of my first wedding this year that I was going for with the couple shoot. The couple had found this unique location in the center of The Hague. This location had never been used for a wedding shoot, and most likely never will as they normally don't do want to do photoshoots here. Luckily the couple had contacts in the right place so they were able to make it happen.

This old factory was such a contrast between the lovely couple, I immediately wanted to go for a contrast Black and White image. I love symmetry and returning patterns in a shot, I'd noticed the window in the top right. Therefor I'd placed the couple bottom left with a flash behind them to complement them with a bright spot. The spacing between the couple makes that you can seem them both really well. This now hangs as a large metallic print on their wall!

The sun wrapped around this bride like a warm jacket on a cold day. Her beauty was captivating and it was as if the sun knew it.
