Wedding photographers

For me, photography is about capturing emotions, not just moments. I want you to feel comfortable and excited as I document your special day. My goal is to create images that will evoke all the feels, time and time again. You deserve to have these precious memories captured in a beautiful way.

Love, sadness, happiness, laughter and tears. Where else can you see all these in a single day? A wedding of course - maybe your wedding? And whilst I love photography in general (got my first camera aged 12!) there's nothing to compare to a day with the Bride and Groom and their guests at a beautiful venue on a lovely sunny day in summer. Ok - not all weddings quite fit this bill but I am passionate about all weddings. I've photographed well over 200 weddings in the 8 years since I started, I've now won many awards and competitions, I'm a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers as well as "This is Reportage" and "Masters of Wedding Photography". My style is documentary with a hint of artistic which I think makes a great combo. There are so many beautiful moments to capture during your wedding day. In addition to you as a bridal couple, there are also many emotions and fun moments happening in the background. You may not see them immediately, but as your wedding photographer I do see them. Capturing all these spontaneous moments is where my strength lies. Seeing and capturing your wedding day as it really is: the emotions, the connection and the details. That's what I'm going for, because these stories make your day. The looks of proud parents, or the craziness of the bridal children, who, for example, secretly snack on the cake or act crazy during the ceremony. All these photos together tell your story. As a journalistic wedding photographer, I capture your wedding purely, casually and spontaneously without interference.

Well then, what do you want to know about me? I’m a husband, father, dog loving, coffee drinking photographer from Colwyn Bay. I love seafood, steak, and chips. Did I say I love coffee? I have won awards for my wedding photography, and have happily been photographing weddings for nearly 20 years, and LGBTQ weddings since 2013.

Hi my name is Shaun and welcome, I’m a professional wedding photographer based in Hawkinge, Kent covering weddings throughout the UK, Europe and beyond. I specialise in wedding, engagement, portrait and boudior photography with a combination of creative and documentary approach in capturing photos. My aim is to create a timeless, stunning and authentic visual narrative, that captures the emotions of your day; the tears, joy, laughter and all the littles details that you spent so long planning.

Welcome! My name is Lynn and I live in Antwerp with my boyfriend and our curious cat. Although I spend my days as an English teacher, photography has always been my first love. Capturing special moments, capturing emotions and telling stories through images has always inspired me. I love to go for a cozier, warm and nostalgic vibe in my pictures. It is very important to me that the photos show you as you really are. You will certainly have to pose as well, but my personal favorites - and often those of the clients - are always the candid pictures in between! I studied Applied Photography & Communication in Amsterdam and I graduated for my Bachelor of Arts in 2019. In 2022 my husband Geoffrey joined the company as a videographer. We started working under the name 'BORN TO CAPTURE'. We work together now as photo-video team.
