Hi, I’m Ilse.
Farmer’s daughter, married to a farmer – so yes, a real farmer’s wife – and a wedding photographer based in the Dutch countryside.

I live on a dairy farm with my husband and our four children. My days are filled with cows, fresh air, hard work and many small moments of happiness. That down-to-earth farm mentality is exactly what I bring to a wedding day.

I photograph your wedding as it truly is: spontaneous, honest and in true color. No fuss, no stiff posing – just you, together with the people you love most.

Couples often describe me as calm, flexible and easy to have around. Many times they tell me they hardly noticed I was there. And that is the biggest compliment, because the most beautiful photographs are not created by me – they happen because you are living them.

Some couples feel nervous about being in front of a camera. I understand. With small directions and a relaxed approach, everything starts to feel natural very quickly. I help where needed and step back when the moment speaks for itself.
