Telling the story of a wedding is not just the most important thing, it is the ONLY important thing.
My couples have already done the hard part - they found each other. They met, they dated, they were bold enough to fall in love, committed enough to make it work, and audacious enough to believe that it’s going to work forever. Love is hard, and it shouldn't be easy. It should be earned, cradled, protected and appreciated every single day.
My job is easy. I work with couples who have found and chosen to work hard for the one thing that makes humans so unique… Love

It was an incredibly humid day, and that humidity crept right into Hartford City Hall. The moisture in the air dispersed the rays of light coming in, and with a little help from Lightroom, I was able to bring this image to life. Sony a9, 28mm f2.8.
This wedding took place in late October at a resort at the top of a mountain. Earlier in the day, we took photos with the Fall foliage, and later that night I pulled the couple out for a few minutes for some photos in the mountain snow. Fuji XT2, 56mm f1.2, backlit with a Lowell GL-1.
