A classic MG, a car full of flowers and two very happy newlyweds. They threw their arms in the air, I stood in front of the car—and there it was.

Right after the ceremony, the newlyweds stopped in the aisle for a kiss. He added a dip, their guests cheered, and the big LOVE sign above them did the rest.

The newlyweds drove off through the woods in their classic MG. Hands in the air, bouquet still in hand. A very good way to start married life.

“This wonderful couple radiated pure enthusiasm. When they discovered a headscarf in the glove compartment and slipped on their sunglasses, they instantly created their own cinematic scene. It was a delight to witness it happen so naturally.”

We found this quiet spot by the water during the portrait session. The bride leaned in for a kiss, the groom smiled, and that was enough.

The classic car was waiting, the sky was showing off, and the groom decided there was still time for one more kiss.

On a warm late-summer day, Joost and Leonie said “I do.” I photographed this intimate ‘tête-à-tête’ from above with my drone — the perfect way to highlight the stunning split in her wedding dress.
