This is a wedding in Punta del Este, Uruguay. The bride and groom live there and they are both surfers, beach lovers, so this was the perfect place for their wedding. This moment was right after their first look in the hotel, when we were shooting some couple pictures. The moment just appeared: the bride, the bouquet, the high spot, so we did it, we throw the bouquet!

One thing I love about weddings is meeting people and their families. This is the bride with her two sisters who have a really special bond. In this moment right after the ceremony they were hugging and crying, such an emotional time… and suddenly this crazy orange rice appeared in front to my camera. I didn’t realize how funny the picture was until I looked at it after the wedding. I hope the bride and her sisters remember this moment too.
